Dollar General in my opinion as a company is going downhill. Many atoms are not in stock on numerous occasions. They have the clerks working out in the store so there's nobody at the register and many times you have to wait quite a while for them to notice you up there. This is true of many of their stores that I have visited. Their hours are inconsistent. At many stores the stock is all blocking the aisles. Much improvement is needed.

Would give no stars. No name tag on cashier but she never smiles or speaks to u. I drive to Lancaster to get what I need because of her.

Manager and cashier did not have name tags on. I was not greeted or thanked in the store. My coupons did not apply through the app.The cashier over spoke me and was rude and the manager couldn't say anything. I was told I would have to bring all of my groceries back in because they would have to be rescanned to do a refund and then rescanned again to apply my coupons. I brought $64.84 back in and they did not rescan it and gave me the $5 back for my coupon. Wasted my time!

Super great customer service. Tons of great things that was not looking for. Stopped in for allergy meds and found a better deal than Walmart. Check out time was quick, and she was so informative. They have self checkout registers if you want to go that route !
