Time and time again Amazon says package was delivered and was left in the mail box and it's not there. Letter main was in there but no package post master said well she has to scan it right before she puts it in. I'm getting tired of this

We constantly get excuses on why they couldn't deliver, it's always the same girl. We have cameras all around the house and can prove that she doesn't even turn in the driveway. Just pulls straight to the mailbox with a note. It's infuriating that some people are so bad at their jobs.

So sick of this post office they either lose your mail deliver to the wrong address or don't deliver at all. I have informed delivery so o know what is being delivered every day yet they still don't deliver my mail and it always seems to he important mail. Something needs to he done about this postoffice and there delivery people

We sometimes have a few weeks with no mail being delivered also getting packages delivered is a joke I had live bugs to be delivered was home all day for there arrival and at 5pm get a notification (tried to deliver) after the post office was closed and I have to go to the post office to pick it up but the post office is closed before I get off work during the week

I am sick of them saying they "tried" to deliver a package to me but couldn't when I am home all day almost everyday. Then when you call you get a messed up phone service that doesn't work.

There’s something wrong when I have to start having all of my packages delivered to a PO Box and Simpsonville because I cannot count them to be dropped at the correct address. More packages have been lost than I can count.

Very disappointing service, too many times if our usual carrier (who does an awesome job) is out and has a substitute - if we have a heavy package or late afternoon delivery from Amazon - they don't deliver and use excuses like; "driveway blocked, front porch blocked, dogs blocked the driveway, or mailbox full". None of those things are ever true and we have multiple cameras that prove it. Although I've reported it to them, nothing has changed.

Wish i could give these people negative stars. They just suck… ive had to go here and pick up my packages multiple times because if not they will there for days until they are sent out. They stay open for literally one hour on Saturdays. But are still out “delivering”. This place is a joke. Cannot wait to move out of gray court

I wish I could give this location negative stars. They deliver packages and mail whenever they feel like. Packages are held at the post office and marked that way at the request of the customer when that's a lie. When packages are delivered they're left out in the rain, hanging on mailboxes. This location needs some management because obviously none exists.
