18 June 2022 - ordered a Home delivery, went amazing as usual- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 19 June 2022 - Fathers day!! *3:15pm -Received fraud alert fro USAA that over 23 Apple watches had been charged to my credit card, from SAMs Club *6:19 -Received call from USAA 4 charges to debit card, two $1 hold and 2 Apple Watch charges from SAMs Club. *7pmish - Wow maybe just incase call our HOA president, cause our HOA card is on our account, just in case .... "Oh I had to already deny 4 attempted charges on the account!!" - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -- - - - - 1 July 2022 -Policy Report Filed WHY? #1-ONLY way SAMs Club will investigate and further detailed provide information! #2 Personal information compromised, they have my address (security upgraded), phone #(had to be changed), email (over 3,000 subscriptions a week to YOU NAME IT) had to be changed ..... #3 Oh I had to physically cancel all 23 purchases ....one by one on the phone with a rep, by order #... 000000564000023222 ..... This is a great Sam's Club. Lots of options to choose from and set up well. I really like the scan and go option in the Sam's Club app. While shopping in the store, you simply scan the items as you put them in your cart. Then, when you are done shopping you can completely skip the line and just head out. Let the cart checker scan your receipt in the app on the way out and you're good to go. This is the only way to do it in my opinion as the lines always seem to be long. You're welcome.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The cashier in the food court had the worst attitude and customer service I've ever seen. She complained, intentionally backed the line up multiple times, and rejected to make nearly anything I wanted to order because "I gotta fly out this door at 6:30". "We ain't taking nothing else out". Meanwhile she made time to stock up the condiments resulting in the line again backing up to the door. The manager (or lady in a different colored vest) was aware a did nothing. The couple in front of me had it the worst. They were only waiting on 3 hotdogs. I witnessed the cook grabbed a slice of pizza off the grill and disappeared to the back for a few minutes. He ate and came back to finally try to take my order. But the cashier rushed over from the condiments to instruct him not to. I ended up telling her nevermind because I started having thoughts of snatching her a** up from behind the counter.

Terrible company to work for. There management is the worse I’ve seen. They don’t treat there employees very well. They are over worked and forget about asking for time off you will not get it. I would not recommend anybody work here at all.

Wow! This is the worst run store. Slow as Christmas. Always slow. Employees stand around in groups on their phone. No one cares. Geez.

Cashier called my sister in law racist because she has plugs in her ears. Stating this was “cultural appropriation” and that the only thing right was the earrings were black. This is completely unacceptable and should not take place. She should not be allowed to say those things to customers. Completely disrespectful.

Wife called this morning to make sure that Diesel had been delivered to their gas station. She was told that yes they had just received a load and had Diesel. I drove 20 miles. When I arrived at the station I was informed that there was no delivery and that there was no Diesel. Waste of time, waste of fuel. Not real happy with them right now.

A couple of weeks ago, I came in at 830 and went right in. This morning I arrived at 810. And there was a line! Come to find out they were limiting folks going into Sam's. After waiting a while, I also found out that starting at 9, they were going to allow 10 folks in at a time. At 852, the line was to the back of the building. They also passed out chips and gloves. Thank ya kindly! Gotta end this review to go shop!

This is the most unfriendly non customer oriented Sams I have found! No one answers the phone to assist consumers and if you call a department within the store they are like” oh well so so sad but we can’t help “and they do not offer any other assistance. Try elsewhere if you desire true customer assistance and satisfaction!

Attempted to purchase gift cards for Christmas Gifts my check was not approved tender for transaction. they wanted a Credit card, cash, or debit card acct does not have card linked to it. Really pissed me off. had buggy full of stuff over 300.

Be careful when dealing with this location on cell phones,I live an hour away, called to verify the phone was in stock before traveling,when I got there the phone guy had left for the day and 2 hours later another phone guy shows up and the phone isn't even in stock.terrible service
