I was over charged for 10 packs i paid for 11 and got only 10 of marlboros red 100s and i specifically told her not to over charge i buy here because it’s cheap she made me pay for it and put it in her pocket after i left probably i was in a hurry so didn’t count on the receipt 2 hrs later i stopped and checked receipts and yup she over charged me i was supposed to get a carton but she gave me 10 lose packs also the coffee was empty and when i called to complain about over charge she hung up on me then called her again and told her how rude she was and she said her manager is not here and will not be here for long time which means don’t call back so am leaving this here in the hands of corporate tried to call customer service but i think it’s late no one picked up

I like the self check out stations, but not how they, and the DD station inside, is out of creamer and half-n-half. Most truck stops seem to always be out. Maybe lose a shelf of the sugar drinks and bring in some.

Clean store! Clean bathrooms! Friendly personnel! Didn’t use showers so I can’t comment there. Nice big cement lot! Cold & hot on-the-go foods. Treats & snacks. Souvenirs. Truck supplies.

Beautiful clean , manager and employees are non stop working. Clean organized place . All the laundry machine are working , very convenient to used quarters, I enjoy my free trial CSC to used free washers and dryers.First time I am satisfied with pilot customers services. Everything was perfect.
