My daughter opened an account with them 2 weeks ago and kept having issues with her debit card. Samantha (Sammie) was very helpful and understanding. She dealt with my daughter's issue and got it resolved. Sammie is a great manager??

I went in to make a deposit and found out my account was closed! I’ll admit I was angry, but Samantha was very patient with me and helped me reopen my new one. She even walked me through getting my social security changed over! Hopefully with the help of this lovely lady, I can keep my account in order this time!

I was having the worst day, I went in there Jon totally fixed all my problems! He was great made me laugh gave me candy just completely turned my day around! Everyone, there is so kind and fun highly recommend they make banking so much easier!

I highly recommend not banking with they they have hidden fees and will take money from your account I have had it happened to me 3 times. I am definitely Closing my account with them and finding a new bank .

They closed my savings account and I didn't need them too do that. Definitely will get another bank.
