“Kind people who are helpful! Wish they had a greater selection of misses!! I had a exchange and they were so helpful, and they exchange was hassle free! I went to the one inside Citadel Mall first. They don't have the same merchandise. Check them out! The only other downfall is that they don't open on-time ??♀️ give them at least 10 minutes after posted opening hours to unlock the door(11:10 am), lol ?”

“Super organized store and it had plenty to choose from. I am finding most of the clothing stores are either sparsely stocked or have juniors clothing, mostly. The Loft employee was helpful but definitely gave me space to shop, without hovering. I like everything I bought and would definitely come back.”

“We were passing by after closing when my son and I spotted something we liked. We pointed at it and moved on as we knew it was late. Andrew, Tristan and Jovani came out and invited us in to look at the item closer, even though that meant they had to stay late. They were super sweet and helpful! “This is an awesome little boutique hidden down W Doty Ave that has so much to offer, my wife really enjoys going there. They have a section in there called Shine Daily that has vinyl and glitter, anything for craft projects. Custom t-shirts, clothing, shoes, purses and essential oils. If I’m looking for a quick gift for my wife this is the place with great selection and prices.”
“I hate shopping for shorts and haven't found a good fitting Levi's in years. Walking in I had very low expectations on finding a pair of shorts that didn't show too much bottom as a mom but with the help of the sales lady she pointed me in the right direction and knew exactly what I wanted and needed. Unfortunately I didn't get her name, but she was very sweet and followed up with me in the fitting room. I was a little shocked by the price of only two pairs of shorts, but it was well worth finally being happy with shorts. Best shorts experience I've ever had.”

“I was given gift cards to Chicos by friends after a medical condition caused me to lose a lot of weight. I had no idea what size I was or what would look good on me. The clerks here went above and beyond to help me find my size and colors that would carry me into fall. They spent lots of time with me and made what could have been a difficult situation so much better! I will be back whenever I buy clothes!!!”
“Great atmosphere! There are tons of different throw blankets attached to the ceiling. We had a hard time finding Simpsons stuff for Christmas. They had a Simpsons throw that was perfect. The lady who got it down was more than helpful. Also told us you buy one, get one half off.”

“The service and selection here is fantastic. The store is well laid out so you can easily find whatever style shoe or clothing you want. My husband is preparing his outfit for a wedding and needed black dress shoes. They had the perfect pair of black, double monk strap shoes and he loved how comfortable and stylish they were. They were even on a markdown so he got a great pair of shoes at an even better price. They are definitely worth what you pay. We were helped by a wonderful employee there who was happy to give us recommendations and answer any questions we had. My husband got to walk around the store and feel out his new shoes before purchase so he was completely happy with them. I'll definitely be returning to take advantage of their great products and deals!”

“My only wish is I wish the store was bigger. Always friendly staff eager to help you. Quality of clothes is fantastic I've had tops that I've bought years ago and they still look great. I usually buy the silkier type tunics with 3/4 quarter inch sleeves because I'm older and those tops are great for traveling”
