Current customer, came in at 4:30pm to open a different type of account that I was planning to transfer over 100k into, but unfortunately they decide to stop taking customers at 4pm, when they close at 5pm. I spoke to another branch and was told they were required to take customers up until 5pm. Guess I’ll take my money elsewhere.

3mins sitting in the waiting area, not one person teller, loan officer or agent said a word to me. It was like I was invisible. No hello, someone will be with you shortly, nothing. I don't even know why I bothered. They never acknowledge customers...sad & unprofessional

This bank is not helpful at all I don’t like the way they treat you I’ve been a member for 7 years but I’m gonna close this account be careful of scams and fraudulent activity Wells Fargo is known for it

Very disappointed with this bank got off of work trying to start an account they treated me like I was scum or beneath them by far I realized I was dealing with high levels of racism they denied me to open an account after they made me wait so long racist bank very disappointed I do good for myself but they tried to treat me like your kind ain’t welcome

Everytime week I come to this bank to cash my check, though I don't have an account"which is my choice", my employer does that's why I come here to cash my check. Everytime they intentionally give me all twenty's even after my asking for large bills. Seems to simple for professional representativeness of a business. Yet extremely disrespectful

Still not sure why this branch is still only doing drive-thru service when EVERY other bank nearby has walk-in service. It’s not worth my time to wait in a 20-30min car line for anything outside of an ATM service. I am considering closing my account of 20+ years switching to other banks down the street. If you cannot staff this branch, just close it. Or better idea, pay your employees better and hire more staff! But given by the endless lines, there are people that want to use your bank. Please do better here or I’m taking my accounts elsewhere.

Wells Fargo Bank on Berkeley Square Lane in Goose Creek is a well managed bank branch that makes banking very easy and convenient when you have to make a small transaction or a more complex one. The staff here is very accommodating and knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service. This is a consistent and reliable bank branch.

I have been sice 8:50 am on Saturday 5/23/2020 waiting to be served and it is now almos 9:30 with 3 labes packed and only 5 vehicles served. It is more than depressing. Worst service ever. Should learn some from Chick-fil-A.

Any company associated with paypal and ebay is a good indicator that they are up tono good. Paypal ebay scammed so many people by freezing the accounts with hundreds of thousands of dollars in them its no surprise WellsFargo would do the same thing to customers.
