This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Our family as a whole started using them when the adjacent CVS shut down, out of convenience but it’s not worth the headache. The pharmacy staff, down to the pharmacist are rude, they will hang up on you, leave you on hold for 30 minutes and then pick up the phone and just hang up. I’m consistently told that they don’t have our medication but it’s a controlled substance so I can’t just transfer the prescription but they offer no suggestions or recommendations. Absolutely worst staff of people and Walgreens should be ashamed.

These 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ are for Kari! I came in for a passport picture, it took about 30 minutes, but Kari was the only one working with customers the other 3 associates were busy stocking and in the back. When I ask one associate to come out to grab my pics and check me out, because Kari had a line up front running literally from photo to upfront. I ask if they heard Kari over the headset said that Kari mumbles, but I head it loud and clear. She came to check me out but with a little attitude. Kari is the only one that seems like she is customer oriented. Thank you for putting the customers first. She was running that front when there were three others there. Keep up the great work.

I went that Pharmacy for the first time. The Pharmacist Katrina and the tech Toni was rude as hell. I asked specifics about some information I read about my medication, Toni blatantly told me, "It don't say all that". I explained to her that the information was sent to my phone with the prescription. When I tried to show it to Katrina she acted lije I was bothering her.I will never go back. I will drive 5 more miles for better customer service if I have to.

Says they’re open until 10pm weekdays but I came by at 9:40pm and they had the doors locked. Saw me but didn’t bother to move or get off their phones. Totally unprofessional.

Although pharmacy says they are open, the signs say they are but they are closed. customer service is not a priority They do remember their lunch time!

This was my first time going to this pharmacy and it was the best customer service I’ve ever received. The young lady working the front, Khadija, was doing the job of three people and yet she was efficient, professional, caring, and very friendly. She even took the time to help me find the best price for my prescriptions using the Walgreens Rx Savings Finder. As I waited for my prescriptions, which didn’t take long at all, I watched her assist everyone at the counter, as well as the drive-through with the same friendly tone. Thank you Khadija for a great experience at a time when I was not feeling my best!

Awesome pharmacy! The customer service is incredible and everyone is friendly.They have to routinely answers the phone, run the register, work, the drive-through and stock pharmacy shelves.Pharmacy, low staffing and heavy workloads challenges. Patience goes along way. You would have a better experience. All businesses are experiencing a staffing problem…

This 1 star review is for the pharmacy. This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever used. They work at a snails pace. There is no excuse for it to take 24 hours to fill a prescription. Today I used the drive-thru and when it was my turn at the window, the employee that always wears a mask, said something (couldn't understand her through the mask) and walked off. I sat there unattended for approximately 10 minutes before I drove off. I have had to wait a ridiculous amount of time in-store too. The girls working the counter/window are not very well educated/trained in their job or maybe they just don't care. This seems to be a common complaint so I don't know why Walgreens or the store manager doesn't do something to fix it. I am going to try the Walgreens on Hwy 176 to see if they are better. If not, I am kicking Walgreens to the curb and switching to a better pharmacy.

Taking care of my mother and all of her RXs go through here. The pharmacy is just the worst. Prescriptions are rarely ever ready when they say it will be. They seem to be closed more than not due to not having a Pharmacist on duty or understaffed, Drive through wait is always excessively long. It's just awful. Desperately trying to get my mother to switch to Walmart but she's a creature of habit. As much as I dislike Walmart pharmacy, it's much better than this one.

Worst pharmacy in the area. Sat for 15 mins before anyone would even come to the window. Then it takes another 10 to find the prescription. Do not use this pharmacy go anywhere else. Every time it's like this.
