Walgreens Co should re-evaluate this store.-unable to get anyone on the phone to resolve and issue within the pharmacy-50/50 chance that when you get a call or the app tells you the script is ready that you get to the store only to be told that they are behind and it’s going to be at another time.-I’m here now and there are prescription bags littering the floor in the pharmacy, with medicine in them.-I’ve been trying to switch to CVS now for over a month, I can’t get prescriptions moved because no one answers the phone for me or the other pharmacy, I have to call the doctor to get a new prescription sent to the new pharmacy.- if you take some kind of medicine that is on a special class of list like sleep medicine, you apparently can’t auto refill it or scan it via the app for a refill. You have to call the store and verbally tell them. But since you can’t get anyone on the phone you wind up having to go physically into the store.I’ve been going here for years and years, it was convenient especially because of the drive thru but at this point I’m heading to a pharmacy without even that because I just need better service.

WORST PHARMACY i have ever dealt with. They gave me a expired prescription for my 5 day old baby. Then I had to go back in there for the third time (I can barely walk) to get a refund and transfer the prescription to Publix. I was told publix had to call them to transfer, so publix tried calling them for 3 hrs to get the prescription transferred and no one would answer the phone. I go back to walgreens so that they could use my phone and talk to the lady at publix and was told i had to wait yet again for a answer from the pharmacist, so after 3 days my baby still does not have his medicine and i am now having to call his doctor to ask for a new prescription so that publix can fill the new prescription. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY.

Just terrible pharmacy. We receive text notifications that prescriptions are ready, only to arrive to be told it’s not ready. Unreliable time estimates on top of that. I’ve never had a worse experience at any other pharmacy.

They put a sign in the drive thru saying that the pharmacist wasn't on duty and no prescriptions could be picked up but they were open inside with the pharmacist on duty. They told me my prescription would be ready in 2 hours. I came back 4 hours later and it still wasn't ready. Not enough staff and takes them forever to check anyone out.

My experience was terrible! My neighbor's doctor put in for medication that day that he was out of. It was put in at about 12pm. He called them between 6:30pm and 7:00pm. He was on hold for over 45 minutes. I called and asked to speak to the store manager. I explained to her his situation. She said she would go to the back and ask them to pick up that hold. Well to say the least, it was not picked up. I went over to get the medication and must have wait 1 hour and a half or more.

If you have to call, call the store and have them transfer you. The pharmacists will not pick up the phone directly. This is the only workaround I have found for reaching them. Otherwise, you're forced to stand in line for thirty minutes. They are inadequately staffed and give preferential treatment to people inside the store. Do not go through the drive-through. They will not wait on you, and once you're in line you're pretty much stuck there for a very long time. The staff is discourteous and completely indifferent. If there is a delay in your prescription, you won't be given a reason why. You're told they are working on it and that it will be ready the next day or later that afternoon. Except it won't be. You'll stand in line another thirty minutes a few more times before you finally get your prescription (if you ever do).

The best thing this pharmacy can do for the entire Goose Creek community is to close their doors. If you want any of your medications on time or correct, choose a different pharmacy. I have NEVER in my entire life experienced a pharmacy so incompetent of delivering accurate and timely prescriptions. I submitted not 1, not 2, but THREE requests for my medication that was in stock, but they failed to fill. I’ve now gone a week without my medication. I use needle syringes to inject my medication, Once I finally received my medication the gave me the wrong syringes to even inject my medication. Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. There’s a reason multiple people have rated them 1 star.

Very unprofessional staff. I observed rudeness to customer. Talked about customer after they left!! Always leaves customers on hold 1/2 hour to an hour!

I've used this business for many years and it has been rapidly going downhill in the last few years. I had 2 prescriptions sent there, one of which was OTC. This pharmacy deleted the OTC because it was OTC. Multiple times in the past the pharmacy had the exact same thing and while not filling the OTC, at least helped me find it. I was required to go back to Urgent Care to find out what I was supposed to get. Urgent Care sent it as a prescription so I didn't need to remember the name. This is the last time I am dealing with this location!

Nothing more frustrating than seeing 5 people behind the counter, 2 registers, and 1 mofo at the pickup drop-off counter. No fkn way this can't be made to run more efficient.

To keep people safe considering a pandemic is still ongoing, it would be wise to get your drive thru window fixed to prevent walking and waiting in the store in an incredibly LONG line for a prescription. Personally, the truth of the matter is this store is short staffed and a hit/miss on good or poor customer service. I get prescriptions sent to this store location since its right up the street from where I live. Now I'll have to drive an extra 20 minutes to the next location as to avoid going into the store. Get it together walgreens!

Now listen.. I call a spade a spade! And this place is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Drive-thru been closed for months with no repair.. no update.. no alternative or solution for the ridiculous long lines that are there every single day. Phones ringing off the hook, frustrated/lackadaisical staff.SPARE YOURSELF THE DISAPPOINTMENT OF DOING BUSINESS HERE!

The drive through pharmacy has not worked in over six months. This requires a trip inside which can expose you to Covid unnecessarily. Now that a new pharmacy has opened closer to home I requested my prescription be transferred. One week later I called my new pharmacy to see if it was ready. He informed me that they had not transferred it as yet an also told me that I was not the only one he was waiting on from this location.

Decent store but always understaffed. Maybe they should pay their employees more.
