Staff is friendly, the prices are reasonable and the facilities seem to be pretty clean.

Really enjoyed this place when I went the one time! They close at 4 for for walk in nail clippings instead of 5, as it was earlier this year when i was in town. Ashame because the 3 other places in goose creek i tried do not compare this place at all. They are great if you don't have a normal 8-5 job. Hopefully you guys open that last hour up again for us normal workers!!

My dog has a prosthetic knee as you can imagine this is a sensitive area for her and The Grooming Room knows just how to handle it they're very gentle with her and I drive all the way from Manning to them because that's how much I want to know she's in good hands which she is with the Grooming Room. Thank you to all the staff for the wonderful job you do.

I love this place. My pets love this place. I've been boarding my pets here for about 6 yrs. They recognize my dogs even though there are new people and we don't go as often as we used to (not traveling as much). My dogs cannot wait to get inside! They get so excited anytime I start preparing their food in little baggies . I feel like they get to play with other dogs, and get love and attention from the providers. I'm not there, so I don't know, but that's what my dogs like, and they LOVE going here, so...

Best Nail Trims for our Walter !! He has naturally long nails and always get the best trim with The Grooming Room. Been a customer here for many years. All the people here are really nice and thoughtful.

The groomers at The Grooming Room Pet Resort are just simply wonderful. I take our 2 dogs to them about every 6 weeks or so to have their nails done. Our 2 dogs, especially one who is rather volatile and is inclined to growl and bite, is treated with gentleness and kindness by her groomer and her nails are impeccably done by the groomer. I know our dog is a major challenge for the groomer and it is so incredibly good of the groomer to so professionally handle her. Our other dog is a challenge, too, as he is so nervous and rambunctious, but at least he is extremely friendly and loving. Anyway, the groomers are great, thoroughly professional, gentle, and kind.

My little white fluffy dog (Coton de Tulear) has been seeing Joy for his grooming for a year now. When we arrive he goes to her willingly with tail wagging. This gives me great comfort knowing he not only isn't scared of her but actually likes her. She does an amazing job with his cut as these dogs aren't the easiest to groom. And I can always tell she's done a great job when I get home because my husband always says, "This is his best cut ever!" Every single time. :-)

Grooming Room groomed my dog yesterday and he looks great! He totally enjoyed his bath and grooming time and looked so cute with his bandana on. His fur was groomed perfectly which was not an easy task since his hair is a little thin right now. The groomer was very personable, helpful, knowledgeable AND did a fantastic job! They were also able to work him in on a few days notice which was really wonderful. Happy dog, happy dog parents, and happy customers! Thanks y'all!

the grooming room is the best for grooming and boarding. our Boykin spaniel Pete loves the staff and never gets stressed when there he always looks great when groomed , you can tell he is happier when he is cut down the prices are very reasonable and fair he actually gets excited to be there when he gets out of the car in the parking lot we have had dogs all of our life tha we have had groomed and boarded and none of them reacted with such excitement when going to the groomers and boarding he acts like he is visiting friends when he gets out of the car.they keep us informed about Pete's time there they are very reassuring when he is there , I trust the grooming room and the staff implicitly with our family member . I highly recommend them to take care of your dog, I mean your family member. you can't go wrong if you choose theGrooming Room

I have been getting my dog's nails cut here for years. My Min Pin is such a wiggly drama king that my first attempt at nail trimming was my last. The staff are great with him and do a terrific job. I've boarded with them once and I have no complaints. Dogs loved it.

My dog Duke loves the groomers and the boarding. I've boarded him twice so far this year and both times at drop off he was excited and at both pick ups he was happy and smelled good. You couldn't tell that he had been in a kennel or been around other dogs. The staff is so friendly and caring as well.

I was looking for a new groomer for our dogs and came across The Grooming Room. They did a fantastic job on our dogs and were very reasonably priced! We will definitely be back!

I will refer all my friends and family here. They are very efficient and accommodating. And I have to give Debra, my fur babies groomer there today a huge shout out for a great job. I am so happy with their cut and all she did. Thanks Debra. And by the way, please have Debra groom them everytime!! She rocks!! Thanks grooming room and Debra!
