Slow, they won't make callbacks nor seemingly do anything to help their customers. The managers at most locations I've visited are lazy and slow. Definitely not worth banking here or at any other truist locale. The tellers are mostly nice.

The person that actually helped me was very pleasant and nice she came from the back, but when I first entered the building 2 men from the side office were up front with 3 other tellers. I walked in the door, no one acknowledged me. They finished their conversation, the 2 men went to the office and the 3 other ladies acted like I wasn't there. One grabbed some thing from her desk and said someone would be out to help me shortly. I'd expect oblivion from teens working, but grown adults should probably know that even if you don't make eye contact you're still seen....

I've been with SunTrust for at least 15 years. Customer service has really going downhill, walked in gave phone number for return call 3 months ago no return! If calling in to customer service number you may have to speak to two or three different people just to understand what they're saying and to find someone who can explain detailed items. Not sure what country they're using for customer service but their English is terrible. And training is worse! Closing account this week

Since SunTrust went into the BB&T location on St. James I have gotten really poor service..the lines at the tellers are too long they move at a snail pace. I had fraudulent activity on my bank card and there was no one that could help me. The girl at the bank got rude with me and hung up on me!!.The bank sent me to a 1-800 number..I held on over 2 hours for two days and never got help. This place is a joke! Dont Bank here!!!

The times on the website are deceiving. They say the drive thru opens at 8:30, but they don't open till 9. Which is hard for me to bank when I have to be at work by 9 and work till 6. The lines are outrageous and the customer service is awful. I wish the old people from bb&t were still there and don't like truist. Looking to switch somewhere else.

The worst part about banking with SunTrust is the lack of branches and ATM machines in the Charleston region. This branch is nice, but it's a 20 minute drive from my house to go to just to use the ATM to make a deposit or withdrawal. The one time I went inside the people working here were friendly.

The staff at Suntrust were super helpful And friendly assisting us today. My children got savings accounts and we're so excited to have a deposit booklet to keep track of their funds. They even went Above and beyond and went online to the treasury website and checked into some bonds I had and told me their value. Inside is modern and inviting with couches and chairs. We felt very welcomed and it wasn't crowded at all. I think the entire time we were there we were the only people inside. The drive thru seemed to be more popular when we were there.
