“Pinnacle is great! I wouldn't put too much stock in Timmy's review. He sounds like a malcontent/serial complainer, posting four reviews, all of them 1-star EXCEPT for D&R Truck and Auto, which he gave 5 stars. Turns out he owns that business, which has numerous complaints with the BBB and Dept. of Consumer Affairs according to Live 5 News. And it sounds like he knows a thing or two about locking the doors in his customers' faces, based on the same news story about him.”

“The worst part about banking with SunTrust is the lack of branches and ATM machines in the Charleston region. This branch is nice, but it's a 20 minute drive from my house to go to just to use the ATM to make a deposit or withdrawal. The one time I went inside the people working here were friendly.”
