Will no longer shop with SHOE DEPT. I have never heard of company that has management in store and they can't do returns. Ask for customer care they give me the run around claiming someone would call me back . Still have not received a call back from the company. Extremely poor customer service in person and over the phone. Nobody has resolved my issue or complaint.

I'm disappointed to have to give this review. This store has pretty decent deals and a wonderful selection of product. I could tell the staff working within the store was actively organizing product and helped address our questions. Unfortunately, when it came time to checkout we noticed there was a defect in a product and went to exchange it and unfortunately the second product had a similar issue, as did all of the shoes. The cashier acknowledged the product was older based on her understanding. Due on the damage I had asked for a small discount since this product was not discounted at all. The manager came out and rudely proclaimed loudly that there was nothing wrong with the shoe, even though it was obvious a stand of the beaded jewels on the shoe was pealing off. She continued to deny seeing the damage. Even stating it wasn't her fault how the manufacturer packages items. She then said, fine, take 10% but it isn't going to do much and proceeded to have a conversation with another customer talking poorly and underhandedly about me in front of both employees. I felt bad the cashier apologized on her behalf but I assured her it wasn't her fault. I was simply trying to work with her to calmly adjudicate the problem and I'm sad to report the manager on duty this evening has terrible customer service skills and is highly unprofessional. We won't be returning. 2 stars for product selection and a nod to the employees in the store who were working hard and kind about helping.

Just bought my son two nice pairs of shoes the other day. A pair of adidas and reebok on sale! You can get a 10 pack of socks for 10$. The front desk was very nice and got me signed up for points. Highly recommend for kids, especially or even just anything!

Here’s the Reason why I gave them 2 Stars..I encountered the Rudest Young Lady named Kaleyah.. I took my 83 year old Mother to get a pair of Shoes, Shoes are hard to find because she has Lymphedema..Kaleyah gave her a pair of shoes and sat down on the bench..My Mom asked her if she could sit down because she couldn’t try on Shoes standing Up.(Side note) She walked in the store using a Cane. Kaleyah jumped up threw down the Shoe and Stormed Away. I was in total Disbelief. However, There was a Temporary Manager there by the name of Nicole who was an Absolute Gem. She found Mom the Shoes she needed and was very courteous and helpful.. I will be writing the Corporate Office because there’s No Reason a 83 year old Senior should be treated with Such Disrespect.Im glad we Found Mom Shoes but I will NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS STORE EVER AGAIN!!

So I stop at 3:47pm on a Sunday to buy 4 pairs of shoes , : me 2 wife 2 , and get told they are closing for lunch and both employees are leaving for 30 min SMH

It is very rare that we go anywhere else for shoes. I am able to spend a fraction of the price we would spend going to Nike, puma, Sperry etc. This particular location has always been my favorite. Although, this is an updated review, I felt the need to make a new one. Our family stopped by today for some new work shoes and we had our puppy with us due to stopping after her vet check up. There were 3 employees there (in all my time visiting this location,out of all the ppl you have had working there..these 3 have been employees you NEED to keep). The manager I'm assuming, came to say hello to our baby blue and then insisted on buying her a toy from petsence next door❤ I didn't get her name but I hope your company acknowledges just how good their employees are! This woman is an employee that you NEVER want to lose! Due to how well we were treated and the amazing customer service we received, we won't be going to any other competitor and any other location again!

Online the hours say they close at 9 but the sign on the door when we arrived says they close at 6:00pm now. I drove an hour to get here. I understand everywhere is short staffed. But I called in advance to ask about shoes and it would have been nice if there was at least an automated message or something to let people know they close early now. Whoever owns the store needs to change the online hours and update the phone so that when customers call it tells you they may close early with no warning so be prepared to go elsewhere. I do not recommend coming here.

This store is understaffed and the one associate working was very rude. When I was alerting her that we were ready to checkout she responded loudly and rudely that she knew and would come in a minute. Needless to say we did not purchase anything and will not be going back. Kindness and respect go a long way in my book and there was definitely a more appropriate way she could have responded.
