NEW OWNERS & MUCH MORE KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF than the Previous staff had been on printing emails, etc. I didn't catch the name of the lady that helped me yesterday, but she was super friendly and so helpful:) I was in and out and I think the prices are about the same as before. I'm glad that they bought it, because it is much easier to go in there sometimes than to go to the post office, and I believe that they are open a little later than the post office is. Also you can drop off your FedEx packages as well. Not to mention, they have adorable little items such as souvenirs and gifts that you can check out while waiting in line and they are very inexpensive! I will for sure be back again soon! Thanks for all of your help :)

terrible customer service here and RUDE LADY BEHIND THE COUNTER I WAS IN MID CONVERSATION WITH HER AND SHE TOTALLY IGNORED ME AND HELPED ANOTHER CUSTOMER AS I WAS LEAVING THE STORE DO NOT USE THIS STORE !!!!!!! also UNABLE TO SCAN A QR CODE THATS RELATED TO FEDEX BUT THEY CLAIM THEY SHIP FOR FEDEX .... AVOID THIS STORE !!!! RUDE EMPLOYEES LOUSY SERVICE EMPLOYEES NEEDS BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING

Goose Creek Postal Pal is our "go to" for any boxes or packages we need to ship. They are always so nice and take great care of our items. Thank you very much to the Post Pal Team for being there and for your helpfulness and courtesy. It is always a pleasure to ship boxes, buy stamps, printing and any of your other services. I love these people!!! I just got off work and had to get some heavy packages shipped, so my husband and I came here because the little post office near us was closed. That was a great decision. They helped bring in boxes and they were between 50-60 pounds each. They made my life so easy this morning. Thank you so much!

I recently used Postal Pal to send my laptop via FedEx and I couldn't be happier with the service they provided! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure my laptop was properly packaged and sent out the same day. The convenience of being able to take care of everything in one place was a huge relief. Overall, I had a great experience with Postal Pal and will definitely be using them again for any future shipping needs. Thank you for making my day a little bit easier!

I have used Postal Pal for many, many years and I experienced exceptional service. Unfortunately and in my opinion under new management I cannot say the same. I purchased a money order in the amount of $215.00 on April 29th. It is May 15th and my money order has not arrived to it's destination yet. I spoke with someone who told me that she was the owner and she basically blamed the Post Office and their employees. She said that the Post Office is suffering and that their workers are not experienced as they once were. Okay.....But my 2 questions were as follows: Who on your staff mailed my money order and where did they take it? Postal Pal has yet to answer my questions. There is a possibility that the money order is lost, but why won't they answer my questions? I called back on yesterday and they made numerous excuses as to why I would not be speaking with the owner. First, they said to call back in 30 minutes. I called back in 35 and they said that she was not available. Next, a male that I never spoke with gets on the phone and immediately tells me that they cannot track my money order. I don't know that man, but in my opinion, I was obviously being discussed. This was a HORRIBLE experience, I will not return. Does it seem odd, or is it me? Where is my money order? Was it ever mailed at all? I certainly miss the old Postal Pal team where professionalism was practiced in my opinion and my mail arrived at its destination. NEVER AGAIN! Absolutely awful!

For over 5 years I have been a mailbox customer for my business. I believe in supporting local andcsupporting small business. In the past I have always gotten friendly, prompt service no matter the time of day, year or situation. (Even during Covid). Recently, it has been taken over by new management. The customer service is sub par, wait time is outrageous (esp for business owners that need to run in between appointments, get stuff done and go), or people who have issues standing for long periods, etc. many of the services like money orders, etc. are unavailable. Yesterday i needed to "just check my box" but they were "closed for lunch." Today, they were closed because computers were down. I tried to call. But no one answered the phone despite the fact I could see people there. Knocking on the door someone let me in to check my box. I hope the owner finds a way to help them improve and manages to stay in business and most certainly I hope the new staff gets to the level of service we came to appreciate and support locally so we dont have to take our business elsewhere becuse we can only "accept" this standard and be "patient" for so long.

Under new management. This shop has been a go to for me, for as long as I've been in Goose Creek (19 years). The lines have always moved quickly, the first owners were friendly- like family & the new management is super friendly, also! Give this place a chance for your postal needs! You won't be disappointed.

Please go somewhere else. I found out Postal Pal is no longer in business. It also says that to come back on Sunday 2/27 to pick up mail between 2 PM to 5PM.
