I ordered flowers back in July to have them delivered on 8/19 for my Grandma’s birthday. I called on 8/7 to have them cancelled and they said they would put the cancellation in progress. It’s now 8/17. It’s been over a week. I’ve emailed twice and called three times about the cancellation and they still haven’t refunded my money.

I ordered some flowers from here for the first time a while back and I simply forgot to include a review as I am preparing to place another order or two. The arrangement was so nice that my Fiancée loved them. She sent a picture of them, and they appeared as I imagined they would. I have ordered my share of flowers and have received refunds for many from other places. I used this as a one-time service, and I am so glad that I did. If I have the flower p and include it later.

Disappointed in the arrangement that was sent. I specifically requested no carnations and there we’re definitely carnations. It didn’t look like an intentional arrangement, but more of what was left over. I was hoping to find a good local florist. I’ll keep looking.

I called the owner, Kim, to order a bouquet of flowers for a very special occasion that we were celebrating with our family! I told her what I wanted and sent her a photo and she created a masterpiece that was so special it made me cry!! The flowers were beautiful, colorful and wonderfully fresh!… We live out of state but when I need a florist in South Carolina, I will always reorder from Plantation Florist because Kim is very talented and I can depend on her to make my vision(s) a reality!!! Thank you again Kim for the beautiful bouquet!!! ☺️?

I just received a delivery of a floral arrangement. The delivery person rang the doorbell, I called out, loudly, for them to give me a minute to get to the door. When I opened the door the flowers had been set on the porch, in full sun and the driver was alredy in their car pulling off. I am a 74 yr old who walks using a cane and having to bend over to pick up a glass vase was difficult. Please, in the future it would be nice if the delivery person would wait just a minute to hand the delivery to me.By the way, the flowers are lovely.Thank you,Evelyn Thomas

Wonderful florist and amazing customer service. They were out of a few things but when I voiced my concerns, they did everything they could to get close to my vision. They were so nice and understanding. I'm grateful for all their help.
