I went to Parks for a drink and saw that they had a breakfast bowl which came with grits eggs and your choice of meat for $4.99 and thought that was a great ideal however when I got to the register to paid my price came up to $6.65 and I asked Jessica (the manager)why, “ she say oh that’s the taxes” I’m like oh that’s a lot for taxes…went to get the bowl and it’s a side container not a bowl and I’m like what that’s a side container not a bowl and went to get a refund cause this is basically false advertisement at its finest and this same girl with a attitude going say “oh that’s a bowl” so rudely and I’m like no ma’am it’s not and got my money back, went in the car and came back inside she’s over in the food area talking about me and how I said it’s not a bowl which it’s not and asked her I thought you said it came to $6.65 because of the taxes but it clearly shows on my receipt that I was charged $5.99 for the bowl and not $4.99 so again false advertising until one of the ladies in the kitchen area stated I was supposed to put my Parker reward # in to get the price at $4.99 understandable but still don’t make any sense because the menu board just said breakfast bowl $4.99 not $4.99 with your reward however the Jessica wanted to get buck and argue as if she wanted to fight because she was wrong honey learn your job a little more and you wouldn’t have to get so aggressive when handling things that you clearly can’t handle.If this is the type of service I’m going to get when coming here I’ll never shop at this place again and y’all seriously need to handle that before she get involved in a more serious altercation that cost the company money

I haven't been to Parker's many times, but every time I've gone I've gotten the carrot cake. It's one of the best carrot cakes I've ever had, and I used to make a great carrot cake for a restaurant for years. Good job!

Redbank Road Goose Creek SC. The black lady with the red in her hair has a nasty attitude. If she doesn't want to be in customer service then she needs to fine a place to fit in. I don't want a person fixing my food with a don't care disposition. When you sneeze turn away from the food.

I have visited a few times for a quick snack. Store is clean and staff are helpful. The self check out is great in a hurry.

Horrible!!!!! First time at this gas station and I went in to pay for gas. You would think since I ring myself up at the register I would’ve at least of received some type of courtesy. The gentleman pictured was disgusting! Absolutely disgusting. He said to me very rudely that my card declined and kept saying it over and over (caused by entering wrong pin). Guess he was thinking I was trying to get something for nothing which was weird because gas is prepay.?I let him know that he didn’t have to speak to me in the manor in which he did then he flipped me a middle finger not once…but twice! The worst display of customer service ever. I definitely took my coin elsewhere!

Been eating at parkers for a quick breakfast several days a week since it opened. The food used to be plentiful, fresh and properly cooked, then something changed. Clerks used to be friendlier and greeted you as you entered. Lately the portions have been less. Recently I went in and ordered a breakfast and I watched as the young girl prepared my breakfast platter. She was wearing latex gloves that were dirty I watched as she opened cabinets doors, etc. and then went back to serving food. She spooned up my grits and eggs and then stuck her hand in the batch of bacon and picked up several pieces with that same gloved hand. I made a comment about "please use the tongs, your gloves aren't clean" She got mad, grabbed the tongs and threw some bacon in the box and without a word set my box on the counter and walked away. I've tried breakfast several days after that but today was my last visit. I ordered the breakfast bowl and watched as the server filled it 1/2 way with grits then added a 1/2 of a spoon of eggs and two small broken pieces of bacon that wouldn't even be equivalent to one strip. So it was mainly a bowl of grits with very little egg or bacon. I have noticed that the portions dished up seem to be relative to who the customer is. Not sure what's going on here. The food is not as fresh, is greasier and is often overcooked. I guess I'll start going to Waffle House where I can buy a cook to order, fresh breakfast for a dollar or two more.

Took a chance and tried Parker Kitchen today. Nobody greets you, about three employees leaning on the counter playing with their phones. The kitchen manager is rude and nasty. I'm telling her my food is not hot. She's telling me it's fresh. It could be fresh but it's not hot. As long as that Manager is working there I won't be back.
