Dr McNeil and Dr Haylard are very sweet I’ve been seeing them for few years and have always been treated nicely. Though I will add seems like almost every single visit they want bloodwork! I hate needles so not big fan of that. But otherwise great!

I used to like this office, but recently it has been so bad. I can’t get in touch with anyone about abnormal blood work, it’s been 2 weeks with no follow up and I’ve called them 10 times trying to get in touch with a provider. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with them. Care is very inconsistent (I am juggled between 2 diff providers & no one ever answers the nurse lines). They seem to rush you out of the room when you are trying to voice your concerns. I feel like just another number to them. They explain away your worries like you are over reacting. I tried to be understanding and give chances, but I don’t feel listened to or safely cared for here & don’t think I’ll be coming back. ?

I see Rachel King, and she is a wonderful primary care physician. She always listens to whatever troubles that I am experiencing and takes into account my feelings when discussing treatment options. she has a fantastic way of explaining things in a way that I can understand not being a medical professional myself.

I am SO done with this place! First, years ago, I went for stomach pain which they told me was GERD. I told them I felt like it was my gallbladder and asked for a GI referral. I saw Ms Mcneil and she huffed and puffed about giving me a referral and again told me it was just gerd cause “if it walks like a duck and talks like a duck” ! Well, turns out my gallbladder was FULL of stones! So much that by the time I had my surgery to remove it, the stones were on the way to my bile duct which could potentially be very bad! Went today and Ms McNeil of course had to mention to me that she just sat down for lunch when you came in. Sorry? Lol. Then acted like she didn’t want to do labs for me because I “just had them done” i had them done a year ago and I still feel exhausted all the time! I felt like I was treated like I was just dumb and nothing was wrong with me when I know I shouldn’t feel how I feel. Go to doctors who care.

Dr. Halyard has sincerely improved my life drastically. Not just because she is kind, but she actually listens and WANTS TO HELP. And she makes the experience of going to the the doctors office a welcoming and comfortable experience. I dont feel judged. She is truly a gem. As a woman, it's always very hard to find a doctor that you can trust. Doctors these days don't ever seem to care. But that's not the case with Dr. Halyard. I told her she can't ever move, because she's stuck with me now!

I have been with palmetto primary care for over 5 years now, before the new nurse practitioner was hired. Jennifer walker was a very willing doctor, but my new doctor and staff is horrible. They will always give you the basic customer service “yes mam, no mam, yes love, okay love”. But even while trying their best to put on a customer service front, they are still obviously unwilling and annoyed with their patients. my sister and mother also had the same experiences with this doctor. On multiple occasions the nurse practitioner has completely forgot about our online appointments. When you call to tell them that your doctor is 40 MINUTES LATE to the 5 MINUTE meeting, they won’t hesitate to drop what they are doing to serve you. As in they only do what they have to do when someone brings attention to the inconvenience. I do NOT suggest signing with this office.

I have been to the office on S. Alliance and on Iron Horse in Ladson. Springhall is the best office. The ladies at check-in are always kind and pleasant. The wait is never long and I've never had an issue scheduling an appointment. I usually see Cielita Halyard and she is great. Very thorough and I never feel rushed. I saw Diane McNeil today for a sick visit and she was outstanding. She really took the time to explain what I was experiencing and even pulled up pictures to show me. Today was a very busy day for their office, especially with the power outage, and I still received top notch care and kindness.

If I could leave less then a 1 star I would. My sister told me about her experience and I would never step foot in that office. The "doctor" was not helpful and did not help at all. I did not personally experience the horrible service but by reading previous reviews and hearing how my sister was treated I'll tell all my friends and family DO NOT GO HERE! 0 out of 10 would not recommend.

The worst experience in this place, from the rude receptionist tgat has no comment Scence & lacks of people skills, they both should not be the face of this clinic. Very disturbing to know they really don't care for people's health all they need to know is if you have insurance or way to pay before they even considered given you an appointment. PLEASE check all their locations before going to this one or look for a better caring medical facility.

Wonderful experience for me. I got a new patient appointment the next day I called. Making appointment was super easy. Was told upfront about new patient costs without insurance. I think I waited 5 minutes in the waiting room. I loved my nurse and my nurse practitioner. They were great and truly listened and took their time with me. Checkout process was just as good. They accidentally called my rx to the wrong pharmacy. As I was leaving they said they would fix it. I was hesitant it would get done, because they were busy and they didn’t write it down. BUT they actually called me to let me know it was sent to the correct pharmacy about 20 minutes later. I really appreciated that! Thanks guys!

I had the worst doctor's appointment I have ever had in my life at this office this week. When I made my appointment it was for refills and to get my labs done. The receptionist told me to make sure and fast for my labs. I was told to arrive a little early to fill out paper work. My appointment was at 9:30 and I arrived at 9:25. I sat in the lobby for 30 minutes before being put in a room and then continued to wait another 30 minutes before the FNP even came in the room. The FNP I saw was Diane McNeil, which I had never seen before. She pulled up my chart and went over what refills I needed. She continued to ask my why I needed a specific refill and I told her why I take this medication and she said "well I don't feel comfortable refilling that until you have tried something else". I told her that this is what works for me and all the reasons I take it and I didn't feel comfortable trying something else. She was continued to try to get me to try something else until finally I had tears in my eyes and convinced her to please fill it. She was extremely rude about it. After that she asked me if I had been tested for MS. I asked her what that stood for and she said "hell fire, you had to ask me". She had to look it up on Google. I do not believe she should be seeing patients and asking questions like that when she doesn't even know what it is. Secondly her language was not appropriate in any way. She then preceded to only listen to my chest. I was then asked if I was "peeing and pooping ok" and she glanced at my feet and hands and said "yep you look fine". When the appointment was finished she said well you're good to go. I said what about my labs. She said oh they were not ordered. By then I was furious. I told her that was one of the main reasons I made the appointment and that I was told to fast when I made it. Ms. McNeil then preceded to tell to calm down she would order them. The following day I went to the pharmacy to pick up my medication she had sent over. Only one of the medications were ready and the one she didn't put any instructions on how to give it. The pharmacy reached out to Palmetto Primary Care the day it was sent in and the never got a response from Ms. McNeil. I had to call them today to get them to fix it and then the pharmacy had to call again to get them to fix it. This was the most unprofessional appointment I have ever experienced in my life. This woman does not need to be working in a doctor's office. I have had issues with Palmetto Primary Care before and I will NEVER set foot in another one of their office's again. I have also tried reaching out to multiple people to try and get some help with the issues and not one person has returned my call. I can see why they do not have a good rating!

If you are looking for an doctor's office to take your money you definitely have found it. I was told you can not discuss more then 2 issues at on visit. Upon explaining my issues after sitting in the patient room for 25 mins I was rushed and told we had covered all that could be covered that day and to make another appointment. This office is definitely money hungry they do not care about their patients only about money stay Far Far away from thus place.

This place has the worst customer service and always mess up your prescriptions. Switched pharmacies and told them the city and address of the new place and still managed to send it to not the previous one but a totally different far away location. And this isn’t the first time they messed up and they will ignore any request you make and when you call the pharmacy for your prescription you won’t get it because they don’t know how to do their job.
