Hands down the best pawn shop to go to above all the others in the LowCountry.. if you need to pawn something. They have always given us top dollar for our stuff. They also have the best selection of things to buy in their store too with really good deals. We have been to other ones because we happen to be across town and just walked out because they were nowhere close to the $ that this location offers! We love this location and everyone has always been really friendly even when they are busy! Thanks y’all!

Worst experience ever. I believe the "manager" discriminated against me and if I had proof, I would sue. After months of planning, I went in to purchase my first firearm. Knowing that I have no criminal or mental record, I felt like the purchase would be easy. When I first walked in, both workers behind the counter seemed ritzy but I'm use to bad customer service. I continued, and started looking at firearms. Kayla started "helping" me. I told her this was my first time purchasing a firearm and she explained the process. After about 25 mins of looking, I decided to purchase one of the firearms. I gave Taylor my ID and she went to process everything, which included a back ground check. After 10 mins, Taylor came back and told me that she can't sell me the firearm. Confused, I asked her why, was there something on my record? She told me that she didn't run a background check and she can't provide a reason. I continued to question the process for a few moments but finally asked to speak to the regional manager. Still waiting on a call back from that person. I ended up on to Gene's Jewelry 117 N. Goose Creek, 5 mins away. Not only did they have better customer service, the had better products. Background check and purchase was completed within an hour.

This place is grimey and the people that work there match! Never in my life have I seen a store not place something to the side for a customer! Had they done that they would’ve a customer for life. I came into their store at almost close on Saturday and asked the sales girl if she would just put something behind the counter for me because I absolutely planned to take it but needed to return to purchase it on Monday.( being the store was closed Sunday )Unsure of when the store opened I arrived just one hour after the start of the business day to find the item I had so desperately wanted sold. In my opinion, it would have been common courtesy to take my number and to call me Monday morning to make sure I was in fact coming to take it after so vehemently stating that I absolutely would purchase the item! Poorly done money man, remember a negative recommendation is much more powerful than a positive one.

They are some money hungry people charged 2 interest payments and my item wasn't even a one month and I paid the first interest payment b4 it was due and they tacked on another one I will never use their service ever again
