I needed help finding something. I was in the aisle I needed to be. I asked someone that worked there for help, she said that she would call for someone to help me. After 10 minutes, I asked another worker for help, this person said that she would call for someone to help me. As this is going on I see at least 5 workers in the back talking. I hit the bell twice to get help, no one come to help. There was another person near me that was waiting for help. She hit the bell twice also. We had to find someone around the store and told this person that we need help and asked a few times and no one came to help us. There is enough staff there, but it seems like no one wants to help. Then to top it off, there seems to never be cashiers, only self check.

Have always had good service with no issues for years. However, I recently had to purchase a new washer and while there was no issue with the purchase, it was not hooked up correctly. The installer did his test and all seemed well until I noticed something was up with my clothes. He had the hot and cold water hook up backwards, and this has seriously effected my colored clothes. Just make sure you check in behind them for this or your clothes may be ruined like mine :(

Had a great experience a couple of month ago purchasing my washer and dryer! Sergio is the one who assisted me and was extremely helpful and informative! The people who installed not so wonderful as they left the rings on the back of the washer causing the drum inside to rock and make a horrible banging noise. However once looking up this issue online I was able to Manoeuvre the washer away from the wall and twist off the pieces that are made to hold the drum in place for transport. However, my experience at Lowe’s was made a 5 star by Sergio as he did not rush me and helped me make the best decision for my needs!
