When I first started my PT I had a lot of back pain. After months of PT Alison took that away. My biggest take away is that I learned how to strengthen my core and properly engage my core when working out. This greatly improved my back pain. The whole office is very friendly and I felt very comfortable there.

I love it! I am a 53 year old golfer and I feel 30 yrs old again. My range of motion is much better. I can walk the dogs further than I used to with no tightness after. It really has been a game changer for me. I’ve had three of the therapists and they’re all good. Jennifer is awesome.
