We have used State Farm for several decades and have used three different agents due to military and work relocations. This agents office has been slow to respond to and dropped the ball on us several times on policy change issues. A customer should not have to wait almost a week to get a callback or email. State Farm is a 5 star company but this agent only gets two stars from us.
