Do not use them. Their customer service has gone out the window. Once they collect your money don't expect to ask any questions or get any guidance . The daughter that took over is rude and uninformative. What happen to community businesses that cared. Hope the IRS does an investigation on Hood's Tax Service and shuts it down.

10/10 would recommend Hood's for your tax preparing needs. They listened and addressed my concerns surrounding entitlement to certain deductions. I really appreciate their convenient online portal service where you're able to upload all your documents, chat with your preparer, and sign paperwork without ever having to leave home. This year a different for us with taxes. Nanette understood my situation and set me up with John whom I appreciated figuring out my taxes for the year. My family has been here for years, always appreciated the kind service provided and I was glad to have the team helped me out this year especially!

I had problems with getting my taxes done this year. The lady that always did mine never got them done this year and she passed away. I just found this all out. I had an appointment somewhere else and they never showed up. I called Hoods at 6:15pm tonight and explained what happened. They got me in and stayed open to help me. They explained everything to me and helped me get my taxes done. I will be going back again. They not only helped me but got me back money and took great care of me. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have really enjoyed working with Hood’s Tax and Accounting Service. They have been thorough and patient with my business and personal taxes. Nanette has given lots of advice on how to move forward better. I will be using them for book keeping too.
