I came here at 7:56 and they were closed when the are supposed to stay open until 8:00pm

I asked staff to assist with wig selection and even showed how short my hair was. They gave me a wig with combs and refuse to exchange it. If I picked it myself that would have been different but when you explain and show your hair length this should have been considered in selection and nothing was said to me about the return of wig policy.

The people who own this store are crooks, con artists, and thieves. They need to go back to the country they came from. I called to ask a question about whether they sold a certain type of hair extension and the man who answered was VERY rude to me. I went into the store anyways, which is my fault, and found some products to purchase, the man tried to over charge me and when I finally got him to put in the correct prices, I left. When I got home I saw how horrible the quality of the hair extensions was, so I took them back. The same man from the store yelled and cussed at and threatened me. I left the store in tears. I will NEVER come back here. The whole store smelled like a toilet and there were roaches crawling through the aisles. Also, the bathroom was disgusting! It looked like it had never been cleaned. Overall the store is disgusting, has horrible products, and the employees were so rude and mean. I do not suggest ever shopping here!!!

New favorite beauty supply store! Really spacious inside, very friendly/helpful staff. Large selection of wigs, hair, beauty supplies, and jewelry. I could spend hours in here trying on wigs lol. I didn't know I needed a wig in my life until I came here haha definitely will return.
