Every time we order food from here (grocery pickup) there are spoiled items or items that go bad in just a few days. I’m not sure if they aren’t stored correctly but I haven’t had this problem with items at other stores. Bummer because it’s super close and the staff are friendly!

I will start by saying I try to call the store and speak to manager first, but got answer 5:00 Saturday afternoon. We just bought several packages of chicken and when got home to separate we found the weight on label didn't match what was on our scale. Verify our scale was correct. We will not be going back.

I walked up to the store and a large white woman with thick black frames, who I would assume was a member of Managment was at the door, she was letting in certain people in and closing the doors soon after, coincidentally they were all white but when I walked up she slammed the door in my face and said they were closed even though it was a good 30 minutes before their holiday closing hours were. I stayed and watched as another lady of color walked up and she once again slammed the door shut and said they were closed. This is unacceptable.

Use to be a Bi LO a while back ago. Now is Food Lion. Very clean restrooms, clean store. Everything is easy to find. Bakery and Deli is very clean and fresh. Produce, the same. Not too many negatives about this store if any.

Food Lion is my favorite grocery store. One thing I learned today...their regular prices are cheaper than Walmart, Target, etc.. produce, meat and grocery are all top notch. My fa!rlife is cheaper at Food Lion than ANYWHERE else. Employees are friendly and helpful. Store is clean and you don't see restaurant to-go cups or garbage in the aisles, either. Happy shopping!

I love food lion. You gotta download the app. Great coupons for diapers, deodorant, toothpaste, soap ect... Also the bogo are great!! Always a bogo on pop . U also get money back and can use it towards ur groceries. Last one I got was 10$ for the month. Also can use 5 off 25 coupon from DG. I get more food here than Aldi bc of all the perks. Food lion brand is also amazing for things like cheese , n box food. Thx food lion ur my new fav!!!!!

Please train your check out people to ask if the customer has a Food Lion card. Don't just use the store code. Now we have to contact corporate for the points that were stolen from us.

I use to really like this store but since I have seen certain management gone the store is not like it use to be. Hardly any friendly employees except for a few and there’s is never what I need on the shelves it’s sad since they did the upgrade

Place my order online for pick up but I had to go inside to get my food. My food was ready the staff just let it sit there. No one ran my food curbside. Customer service is low today but the food was delicious.

Over half the produce bag displays were empty. Had to carry produce to find a bag. Cashier was less than friendly. Passed other employees who didn't even speak. This is why I usually go to publix.

This Food Lion on St James never too crowded. Good customer service. The bakery staff are so helpful.

Always a good visit. Never a line, usually spend about $100 each time on 20 items or so. A good place to shop

The staff is kind enough but theres almost always moldy rotten food on the shelves, expired goods in the deli and bakery, and there isn't any more money saved than going anywhere else.
