The flooring factory is the absolute best company to go with when considering any kind of floor, kitchen, or bathroom remodel! The level of professionalism that I had the privilege of experiencing goes beyond what words can express! I found myself trying to come up with other projects, just so I could have the opportunity of working with them again! When it came down to selecting the material for the project, I was very indecisive about what I wanted to go with because this was a carpet remodel for my church, and it had to be perfect. Otherwise, my neck would be on the line L O L ! Wander and Malena stayed with me long after the store had closed to review potential options that would be both beautiful, durable and cost-effective! Well after 7:00 PM I was able to find the perfect product, and I was not rushed throughout the duration of my search! During the installation, Wander was present every step of the way! Making sure that the installers had everything they needed to get the job done effectively! Diego was the gentleman that did the installation and finished a project that was scheduled to take a week, in less than three days! While the job was done very quickly, there were zero corners that were cut! There was absolutely nothing that these gentlemen could have done better! The reality is that the quality of work far exceeded the price that we paid for! I was beyond impressed and my superiors were extremely pleased with the work that was done! Soon we will be redoing the flooring throughout the walk areas in the church, and you can bet your bottom dollar that we will be calling the flooring factory again! If you are having reservations, I or not to go with this company, I strongly suggest that you make the move and call them! They are the best that South Carolina has to offer! Go with any other company and you would be selling yourself short! to make things even better, a month after the installation, I received a call from Malena, who I had worked closely with throughout this project. She was calling to follow up with me to check on how the carpet was holding up! I was very surprised because in my experience, after a job is done you no longer hear from the company, so this follow-up call was extremely impressive and made me feel even better about my decision to work with this company!

very nice on phone. Scheduling appointment was easy. All problems resolved with no issues. We had kitchen, floors and rugs completely replaced throughout the house. Wander was great and spent a lot of time with us in the house helping design and pick out floor rug and kitchen remodel

Flooring Factory did a marvelous job installing my luxury vinyl floor in the kitchen, breakfast room and half bath.Would recommend them highly.Job completed in two days.Demo first day installation 2nd. day.

We were very happy with the price and service received for luxury vinyl flooring. The quote was lower than other places we checked and the staff were all great to work with. They finished the job in the expected time frame and it looks great! No complaints.

We were extremely happy with the professionalism and performance of the Goose Creek location of the Flooring Factory. Their goal was to complete the job with the best possible outcome. The staff was always available and pleasant to work with and eager to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. Julie was a joy to work with along with Wander our job rep.
