These guys are awesome. Emily informed me and helped get me the best policy. I’ve interacted with 3 people from the office and every single person was nice. They were patient with me because I was working while figuring out my policy and even came to my job to follow up with me bc they know how hard it can be to get away. I was dropped from my previous insurance company bc of my roadside usage (which was 3x) and Allstate let me know off top that would not be an issue. I was met with great customer service, some laughs, support, and business being handled. As a customer I observed how they work as a team to meet their customers needs and that it GREAT to see. I rock with Allstate because Allstate rock with me?
