There was no mention of the trains that basically sound as if they are coming through your room every 10 minutes...all night long or that the forgot to inform their housekeeping staff that in fact cleaning and sanitizing each room after a guest checks out isn't merely a suggestion but something that is part of their job requirements. Or that in order to properly turn a room over, it takes more then them just taking the little trash bags out of the tiny trashcans and throwing new ones in there and they damn sure were never trained in how to do their jobs because I am certain that this room that I just reserved for the next 3 nights with my husband who is having tremendous and severe right knee pain due to a torn ligament that has to be surgically repaired has not been touched by any type of cleaning product in more than a few months, if that. The urine and feces covered toilet, slimy, dirty and disgusting sink and counter, soap and hair covered shower and bathroom floor that was completely covered in dirt and hair from front to back kind of gave it away but also the dirty, foggy and food, toothpaste and God knows what splattered mirrors and if I stop to think too long about what all the dark and yellow colors stains are on the splattered all over the bathroom wall, especially around the toilet area, I'm going to no longer be able to keep the tiny amount of dinner I was able to get down after I completely lost any desire to bring actual food through that door into this filth covered room.Spend your money on a room that your not paying to clean and sanitize yourself before you feel even slightly okay with using the toilet in it. And yes in addition to paying $300.00 for the next 3 nights of deafeningly loud trains charging past only feet away from our room, I also had to then go spend another 40.00 on heavy duty cleaning products to use on the filth that covers this place from one end to the other. Not to mention I actually own my own cleaning business and because I have eyeballs to see that the dirty things need to be cleaned, that is what I get paid for, I am very good and detailed at what I do. Which is also why I make on average $60-$75 an hour doing what I do. And by me spending the next three hours of my time, energy and products to clean a space I paid to already be cleaned and ready for use. Altogether this short visit to be here for my mother in law to have back surgery has cost me well over $500.00 just in the hotel. I've been up since 800 Saturday morning and was already totally exhausted but my husband is so much pain he can barely walk so I wasn't about to make him carry everything back to car to find a new place for the night. I'll deal with that tomorrow after I email headquarters and the BBB with my experience here. Thank God I happen to have had a flat sheet in my car that we could throw over the bedding because Im sure that hasnt been changed in weeks if not months either. Oh, and I will be having a word with the day front desk person, the manager and the house keeping manager tomorrow at some point as well.Totally unacceptable.

First off, warning for those wanting to stay, if you don't mind the train running at night, it's okay. But kinda spooky at night. Suppose when Google says two-stars, it is worth two-stars. Looks nice, but a closer look it is somewhat run down and needs a deep cleaning of the rooms. Struggled to find the light switch at first when entering a room. The beds have some stains and need to be replaced or something. The room looks like a rush clean instead of thorough clean. Smells funky. Bathroom doors need to be replaced and the lock, too. Also, REALLY need a fan for the bathroom for humidity and smell. Despite all this, I suppose it could be worse. Good for one night, wouldn't stay again though.

Do not stay here. Do not try to save the extra $20. The rooms are dirty, roach and bedbug infested.

This is the worst hotel I've stayed in for a very long time. It is OUTDATED, the towels are very thin and they are stingy with them. The train runs constantly and all night and keeps you up if the loud heater/ac rattling isn't doing a good enough job. I think the owner has a lot of nerve charging double what he/she should for a hotel that is this low in quality.Rooms: outdated, poor quality features (tv, coffee, a/c and heater very noisy)Noteworthy details: Loud train runs constantly by

There were hairs in the beds, the linens and towels were stained and visibly dirty, there was poop on the toilet seat…. I could go on and on.

They put the NO in EcoNO lodge. This was an overnight stay for me and another coworker. Company booked the stay for us with 2 separate rooms.I’m writing this review at 4am after another train has blown through. Hard to sleep when the train honks their horn every hour. The guy asking if we want to smoke crack is still here from a 3week ago review. When checking in, we had two rooms, older guy at the front desk took a long time to check us in, then the key fob for one room failed to work after we walked back to the front office 3 times to get a new key. Guy at office tried to get us to stay in the room by asking us “ how many times do you plan on leaving the room?” My coworker wanted a different room so he did get one.My room was clean, though the floor was sticky. There was a vent in the bathroom that ran without a switch and made a noticeable humming sound at all times(video attached). Also the Ac/heat unit made a loud noise when running and all of the buttons were messed up (video attached)I’m working a 12hr day tomorrow and this place is not sleeper friendly. Spend a little more money and get a better sleep, heck just get to sleep, somewhere else. You’ll thank yourself in the morning.

Business Trip. Employer chose this hotel. Needs painting. Cheap towels. They don't clean the rooms automatically, you must request it. Sits across the street from a railroad and the train whistles at least three times per night. On the positive side, the staff is very nice. The hotel itself is quiet.

The room was good and the air conditioning was very good. The residents in the room next to our were extremely noisy. The police visited them at one point but it changed nothing. We paid for 3 days and left on the 2nd day. The front desk clerk helped us with extra towels and was very nice, but I won't be returning.

Good for what we needed. We were on a road trip and too exhausted to drive further. Cheap, good ac. Bedspreads looked a bit stained but otherwise clean room, decent size for the money.

Great value and pretty decent rooms. The place is quiet and peaceful. Of course there's the occasional arguing couple but what place don't have that when they're super busy. Customer service is always great. Never have any issues. Front desk employees are super friendly and the rooms are not like a lot of other value places. Their rooms are clean and housekeeping does a good job at requesting service and providing good services. I don't worry if I leave something in the room and they come inside while I'm gone. Nothing is ever touched or out of place. Would definitely recommend!

If it wasn't for the fact that I CANNOT give negative stars and the gentleman working, older man I think John was his name, I wouldn't even waste my time with a review.... this place was absolutely disgusting!!!! I took my sandals off to use bathroom and the floor was sticky and turned my feet black!! I turned sheets back and there were cigarette burns in sheets, blankets and hair in my sheets!!! Not a little BUT A LOT!!! My duvet cover was sticky and full of stains as well. I am sure that this review will be deleted as this seems to be what all the previous reviews were about and then they just stopped getting reviews... seems questionable considering that these rooms are awful!! Wish Choice would reconsider branding this one...
