The pharmacist (he’s Asian but I do not know his name) is one of the rudest people I’ve ever spoke with in customer service. He will hang the phone up while you are speaking, cuts you off while you’re speaking, and is just plain out RUDE! He treated me as if he was above me and didn’t care to even let me finish my sentence. I don’t know how someone with such attitude and careless demeanor could hold ANY job, let alone a professional job as such. I’m transferring my prescriptions elsewhere due to him only.

Never more than one person helping with pharmacy check out. If you’re going to close cvs stores (alliance drive), perhaps hire extra people so we are all not waiting unnecessarily. This is not a post about your employees at all but hire people ! These poor workers having to deal with such long lines and irritated people through no fault of their own. Do better CVS.

Since moving to South carolina, the CVS by far has been the easiest to work with and always been on top of everything. Whoever trained and manages the pharmacy deserves a promotion as does everyone working in it

The ladies in the pharmacy are the rudest and uncaring people I've ever encountered at a cvs. Can't answer questions when asked the answer is I don't know or I'm not sure. Or my favorite you'll have to go to that line to get your answers after I've stood in this line for 15 minutes while you helped TWO people. The cashier is downright rude. Medications aren't in stock and they don't tell you until you've gone back to pick them up. They have no consideration or compassion. I do not recommend this cvs to anyone!

Tried checking on the status of a prescription. Was hung up on 4 times between 630 and 7pm, Friday nov.17. Not a dropped call, a hangup as I could hear the employees chatting in the background before the onvious sound of a handset being hung up. Went to the pharmacy, had 4 people behind the counter working, so not sure why they were so busy they had to hang up on customers.

Everyone at the pharmacy are very knowledgeable and kind despite other customers giving them a hard time over taking a lunch break. Yall keep up the good work and know you're appreciated!

Would give zero stars if it were possible to do so. This pharmacy consistently has issues, makes errors, and are always understaffed. Picking up prescriptions from here consists, on average, of standing in line for upwards of 25 minutes. The staff are rude, short-tempered, and egregiously lacking in customer service skills. When confronted with an error they made, expect to face ridicule and blatant uncooperativeness, and even then, don’t expect them to correct the problem.I’d recommend Publix’s pharmacy.

Said that all CVS on corporate Parkway is closing but we have switched to CVS Highway 78 in Ladson and love CVS app. Where are you can chat or order things that can be delivered‼

They do not care about taking care of their customers. They're always very miserable and rude. I now go to Walgreens down the street. They'll go out of their way to be nice and help you.

The pharmacists are rude. They call multiple times a day and have the medication ready 50% of the time. The hispanic pharmacist has caused me multiple issues pertaining to my medications. They rarely answer the phone within 10 minutes. try walgreens
