Took my car for a oil leak and they supposedly replaced my water pump.went back to tell they that my car was smoking.the gentlemen did not gave me any satisfaction to my complInt. Took my car to different shop to find out that my Engine needs to be replaced. The car had only 86 thousand mile on it. Iam furious on this situation. If the guy at Christian brother's would have let my explain I believed that my car could have been saved.

Highly over priced and out of the 4 times I been there they only fixed one problem. Avoid going there if possible.

After a pipe in the road damaged my radiator, ac condenser and fan assembly I had my car towed to CBA. Bill was absolutely the best service advisor I’ve ever dealt with. GEICO was giving me a hard time about the amount they were going to cover , quoting part prices that were out of stock and only paying 85$ hour labor rate , less than the state average of 122$. After talking with Bill and telling GEICO what we talked about, they went from only covering 1200.00 of 3k repairs to 2300.00. Thanks Bill and CBA for the Honest prices, excellent work and service

The facility and the staff were top-notch. The business is professionally run and communications are thorough. The cost of my estimate and the actual were in line with what was explained. My front end alignment was done within 2 hours even though I was a walk-in so that's a great thing! They even offered a complimentary shuttle that I did not need to use! They offer complimentary chocolate which I did need to use! They will be my new auto resource in the area. Such a good find in these days of diminishing customer service! Tom H Goose Creek SC

Very nice people. I had an emergency need. Came out of the bank and saw that one of my tires was down to the wire. Two other places Id stopped couldn’t help me - no tires in stock with a long wait to order or just too busy. CB had to order a tire for me so I got a ride home from a friend and came back when my car was ready. Over the top exceptional customer service. They treat you like family welcoming you home. You don’t see customer service like this anywhere anymore. An impressive group of people and impressive way to run a business.

Can’t thank Mr luke and his team enough they went above and beyond!! Got my jeep running better than the day I bought it!!! Very fair priced very professional, knowledgeable and most of all great customer service they really care about their customers.
