“My mom’s headlight went out and we stopped into this O’Reillys we called ahead because we are both nincompoops when it comes to changing out headlights and Sammie said if we could find a window in the rain they could help us out. We went by when it stopped raining an Sammie was a superstar helping us change out the light. Also gave us some brief instruction on how we can do it ourselves in the future! Highly recommend! She is a go getter! We walked in and the 3 other dudes sitting there just kinda stared ar us cluelessly but then Sammie came back to the front from the back and jumped right into helping us. My Christmas wish is that Sammie gets a raise / bonus/promotion for Christmas !!!”

I started getting my car jack out and Johnny the store manager came out and helped an old guy out. Johnny did most of the work and even put air into the spare tire.
