“Outstanding service. I was driving down 17A and ran over something in the road that quickly flattened my tire. I pulled into their parking lot to assess the issue. I started getting my car jack out and Johnny the store manager came out and helped an old guy out. Johnny did most of the work and even put air into the spare tire. What a testament to his character and the customer service ethic of Millennium Battery Express. I will certainly be using them the next time I need a battery for my vehicle. “I take great pleasure in looking at tools and different electrical and automotive parts and accessories. My only qualm is that I normally feel very rushed in and out whenever I go here for something. I think they probably could capture more sales if they didn't have such a "turn & burn" mentality. Sure it probably keeps shrinkage at a minimum but so does friendly - attentive - knowledgeable customer service. Employees do seem very knowledgeable. Great place to go if you just want a quick in and out with what you need or asked for.”

“My battery got drained in my truck because I left the lights on for a substantial amount of time while in the store. I didn't have jumper cables with me at the time. Luckily I was across the street from this store location, so I walked across and asked for assistance. After explaining my situation to customer service rep April, she agreed to provide me with a jump. I waited while she provided excellent service to the customers already in line and then she provided the jump as promised. She was very knowledgeable, and patient. As far as I'm concerned, she went above and beyond to help a customer in need. Simply OUTSTANDING customer support exhibited by April! Thank you so much and keep up the wonderful service!
