“Pinnacle is great! I wouldn't put too much stock in Timmy's review. He sounds like a malcontent/serial complainer, posting four reviews, all of them 1-star EXCEPT for D&R Truck and Auto, which he gave 5 stars. Turns out he owns that business, which has numerous complaints with the BBB and Dept. of Consumer Affairs according to Live 5 News. And it sounds like he knows a thing or two about locking the doors in his customers' faces, based on the same news story about him.”
