It used to be a great place. Now it's terrible. Brought my car in at my appointed time. They didn't even look at it until the end of the next day. They inspected it, and they didn't check what the car was brought in for. They they said it had an oil leak, and they didn't feel safe to drive it until they performed an oil service due to the level being low. I brought it home on day 5 with still no work yet to be performed. I checked the oil level. It was perfect, right in the middle.
Update: ARE is under new management. They seem to have gotten their act together and doing good work. Very professional and transparent with everything they are doing. I got an oil change there and everything I knew that was wrong with my car were the only things they were able to find. No hidden fees or add ons for unnecessary maintenance.

I recently had an excellent experience at Auto Repair Experts. I’m assuming David was the manager on Duty. If he’s not a manager he would be a great fit. David, was incredibly helpful and transparent throughout the entire process. He kept
me updated and worked with my schedule being that I had to get to work. He took the time to explain the repairs needed. Now let’s talk about Parker!! Parker, the technician, did an outstanding job with the repairs, demonstrating impressive skill and attention to detail. He completed the service in a timely manner! I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. As soon as I sat in my car, I noticed that they left me a gift. How cute. I’ll attach a picture of my gift. I Highly recommend Auto Repair Experts for anyone in need of reliable and professional automotive care.

I was recommended to come here by a coworker after my car died on me on the highway. From the very beginning David was very nice and helpful. I being sleep deprived was a little difficult but even when he had to give me bad news he was very kind. Thank you David and your tech who helped me.

The service I received from David Ayer and the Auto Repair Experts team was unrivaled. I received professional and personal customer service from the first phone call I had with Ken to the handshake I received from David as I left with my truck. David went above and beyond to make sure all of my trucks issues were taken care while simultaneously ensuring I was paying a fair and reasonable price. I could not be happier with my experience with this team and will exclusively use them for any vehicle issues I have. Once again Thank you David and Ken!

At auto repair experts you can really put all your trust. From the moment i walked in everything was smooth and good. The manager david did great and hooked me up witha great service and good discount. Highly recommended place.

Awesome shop. Very friendly and courteous guys, but more importantly, they diagnosed the problem with our A/C and fixed it enough to get it up and running while we wait for factory parts on indefinite back-order. 2 other shops couldn't even tell us what was wrong because their machine shut down and wouldn't read the problem. Got us in quickly and the price was very fair for the work and time spent on the problem. I'm sure a less experienced mechanic wouldn't have been able to put a temporary fix on the problem that is still working well 30 days and 3,000 miles later. The other shops said we just wouldn't have A/C again unless we wanted to install an after market unit in the vehicle. Not what we had in mind. So, a big thanks to Ken and his guys for a great job and standing behind it with a 1 year warranty.

If you have a newer high end foreign car, please do not waste your time bringing your car here. They can put a part on but they don't have the technology to run diagnostics afterwards to ensure it's working properly. I really wish we'd known that before taking our car here. These folks have had the car for 26 days and called today to say it was ready. Upon arrival there were multiple lights on the dash, no A/C and the car essentially died 5 minutes after it sat running. So...yall fixed the "part" but not the car. If you knew you were incapable of fixing the car so we could actually drive off with it, then why did you agree to "fix" it. Say so in the beginning so we can take it to someone who has the knowledge to fix it. So basically we paid to get a part put on and still have to now take it to Audi to get fixed. More $$ spent. What a joke. A waste of time and energy. I honestly feel scammed. Let's compare it to a realworld scenario. (( The patient has a heart problem. They say "ok, lets order you a new heart and we'll put it in." They put in the new organ but are incapable of seeing if it now works properly. Their excuse is, "We're surgeons but not a cardiologist." The patient dies. They sent a bill. ))That's essentially what this feels like.
We were BEYOND patient with this business as we've done good business with them in the past. Now it seemed to be a totally different crew and clearly different service. As far as communication, it started off well and went downhill fast. We'd call and inquire about the status and they'd say they were waiting on parts, they'll come in 3 days. It was never 3 days. Like 10 days later, they're still saying the same thing. When you inquire about the part, they know nothing and/or there's no tracking system for it. How incredibly inconvenient. Save your time, energy and money if you drive a high end foreign car. Go elsewhere if you want your car completely fixed.
Edit: Please don't ever call to question a customers Google Review. This was our experience and we wanted to share it with others. Had your company fixed the car completely, then it would be a different review. Simple.
Edit #2: I'm the owner of the vehicle, my boyfriend was the one who brought it in because some auto shops like to get over on women. I needed to do another edit because your response has even more lies. If I could give your auto shop 0/5 stars I would. At no point did anyone from this "repair" shop communicate to us that this repair was beyond your expertise or the car might not be drivable. Why would we let it sit at your shop for 26 days if you weren't sure you guys could fix it. Had you said that, we would've had it towed elsewhere immediately. In fact, your shop called and said it was ready after 26 days. Y'all said it was fixed and drove it up to the front like nothing was wrong. You only mentioned a low voltage light that you said should/could go away after I drive it, but nothing was said about it not being in a drivable condition. Your shop was ready to give it to us with no working AC even though the AC was on full blast. Your mechanic brought out the code reader and it spit out NUMEROUS codes then the car stalled out. Had the car not died right in front of us, y'all were ready to let us drive away in it knowing it wasn't completely fixed. That's so dangerous. The actual mechanic gave a half-a** explanation then ran off on the inside. Your "complimentary" tow was the least you could do at that point being as though we'd have to get it towed anyway since it wasn't fixed by your shop. I won't be back and I will steer my friends and family far away from this shop

All I can say is be careful! You may get good results based on some 5 stars, but I as some other 1 stars have had bad experiences including with owner involved.
