is the worst service I ever received. I ordered an apple pecan chicken salad and instead got a Caesar salad when I had to drive back to the store to return it and I brought the other salad back with me. The manager wanted to charge me a second time for what I had already paid for and ordered. When I called to get their store number, they hung up on me. This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been in. Needless to say I never had my order corrected. I will not go back. Advise other people don’t and if you do check your food before leaving is not the first time it’s happened to me, but it is the last.

Ppl seem to hate their job but can't blame them though. Just not the best atmosphere when you don't get friendliness in return.

Wanted a vanilla frosty. They only had chocolate. Seems like everytime I go they don't have the vanilla frosty don't know why. I think they should always carry both so you have a choice.

Has had bad employees, and has been slow for the past four or five years that I can remember. Just recently got food poisoning from here wouldn’t recommend.

We have come to this Wendy’s a few times so far with food prep issues but wanted to give it another chance. For once the was actually hot and delicious but unfortunately the service was horrible. Incorrectly took order and gave the worst attitude. Drive through window employee Brandy was nasty, rude, and gave an attitude for absolutely no reason. We thought about stopping our order because of how rude she was in the middle of ordering. Then at the window she just grabbed the card and closed the window door and then basically tossed the food in the car. She wouldn’t even look at us when we tried wave to ask for a receipt. Then literally threw it at us and said nothing. We said “thank you and have a great night” loudly. Even though the food was good we won’t be returning because of this interaction. Not to mention the other employees eating right by the drink station. Ew! If you want to be disrespected and have your food thrown at you, this is the place to go. No customer service at all.

Absolute worst wendys in usa...waited 20 minutes while half my order sat on the counter..then told to pull up and would bring the rest of the order..20 more minutes..now the other food is cold.Guess not to expect more from georgetown.
