Kip was amazing help my fiancé had broken his phone and we needed a new one and he set us up with a really good deal on an iPhone 14 and made sure to tell us about all of the good promos so that we didn’t miss out. he was very friendly and also helped Put on the glass phone screen so that it laid nicely. I will be coming back and getting kips help again

I went into Verizon the other day looking to switch from T-Mobile and I was met with the best customer service I’ve had in a long time! Collin was so friendly towards me and helped me find the best deals available at the time, I would highly recommend anyone going to visit him if they need any kind of help at all! :)

Went in to get my son his very first phone, and I was dreading the sales part of the transaction. However, Dennis made the whole experience enjoyable, and I left with some extra goodies I didn’t plan on, which are now wrapped under the tree for ME ?. Olivia and Colin were also fantastic and helpful! The whole team at the Georgetown store couldn’t have been more pleasant to deal with, and for that reason I will continue to stay with Verizon as my provider.

Kip pace helped me fix my phone and the network issues I was having with it, I hadn’t been able to fix my Iphone for a year and I couldn’t text androids and he helped me and fixed and it was great.
