This store is so dirty, I believe it is a danger to public health. The cold case smells funny , the whole place smells like dirty, nasty house. I tried to call dhec. It's disgusting.
I depend on this store to shop. I won't be back.

Store hours are NOTat 8 am to open. Was just there at 8:10 and lights on, doors locked. Sign says 9 am open. Website needs updated if their hours are changed. My one star reflects this issue and nothing else.

This store is looking awful. Boxes placed everywhere on shelves. The aisles is packed with boxes alot. We have to move a big cart to get down the aisle. Some areas of the store looks completely empty. The cashier area looks a mess. The front door entrance needs a cleaning. Plus everytime we go there, either they can't take cash or the credit card system isn't working, or they don't have change. Please get this store together. It wasn't like this before.

Customer service today was complete trash! Mark my earbuds went missing so I decided to go back and get another pair and I thought it was my lucky day because it was the last one on the shelf. I was told that they could not sell the earbuds to me because they were ringing up as one penny instead of $1. Hooray for them for getting a $1, $3, and $5 aisle, but we all knew it was a dollar, so why not make the customer happy and just ring up a dollar item and send me on my way.

They had a great variety, just tons of stuff for 1.25…employee at the register wasn’t very nice and she had AirPod’s in the entire time.

If I could leave 0 stars I would!!! Especially for the rude African- American, female employee that I dealt with this evening. I am in the medical field currently myself, but have also worked in retail and restaurants for over 15 years and have a Bachelors degree from USC under the college of Hospitality, Retail and Sport management with a specialization in fine dining management. I came to this dollar tree to pick up one bottle of over the counter pain reliever. The sign on the door and and everything posted online states that they close at 8:00pm. I arrived at the door at 7:50pm and the woman working there came to the door only to let out a customer and to tell me that they were closed. I proceeded to tell her that I only needed one thing, to which she replied only with “We are closed!” I reminded her it was 7:50 and that I only needed one thing and the sign on the door said open until 8pm. Again she said only “we are closed!” Then she slammed the door and locked it in my face. Not once did she even bother to apologize or give any type of explanation about closing early, etc. .She proceeded to let 3 more customers out, re-lock the door quickly each time with out saying anything to me, other than giving me a nasty look each time. People like that should not be allowed to work in customer service of any type! There are many days, even in my current job that I would like to leave early or at the least “on time” but I can not, and would not just change my companies hours of operation to suit myself. That’s not how “good” customer service works! I have attached a picture of the employees car after her friend/ or another associate pulled it up to store front again still before 8 pm, and another of the posted store hours. The employee was also followed out by a Caucasian female with dark hair that got into a black Honda Pilot. Both were gone 8:15pm. I believe the Caucasian female to possibly be the manager on duty this evening, or either the opposite way around? I have already called and reported this incident to their Corporate headquarters phone line. I am a regular customer here and live just down the street so this store makes a decent amount of money from me. I was highly disappointed this evening with how unprofessional and rudely I was treated and definitely will not be spending any more of my hard earned money at this store again!

The stuff is fin a little cheap.I don't like that they have 3$ and 5$. The one thing I don't like about this is they hardly have any workers,I know that no people want to work these days . Once there was a lady that took forever and she looked at everything weird. Y'all NEED an UPGRADE . RATED:Not good

Love the Dollar Tree

Most of us have all come to know what a Dollar Tree store is. Most of their prices are $1 or more, sometimes depending on the item you can get some things 2 for $1. They carry a variety of items but in dollar sized packages. They sell magazines, seasonal, clothing, health products, baby, cold beverages, frozen foods, dry goods, household products, some automotive and pet items. Like a shrunken mini Wally World. The employees wear masks and are as sweet as they can be. They are very helpful.

Store #7907 118 US Hwy 17 Surfside Beach, SCI love this store and find the employees always pleasant and helpful. However, today, 9/13/2020, I was offended. I usually bring my own "green" bag and never had an issue about it. Today, an announcement for shoppers to wear masks (??) was made which I thought unusual. However, the cashier ( ironically opened register #1 at approx 2 pm, as I was next in a line of two people), would not put my purchases in my green bag because of "covid" [cooties] she said, yet SHE HERSELF put her "covid cooties" all over the items I purchased!!! If that's such an issue, avoid insulting your customers, learn some tact and wear gloves for all concerned!!! I, medically, cannot wear a mask, so I wonder, was this her way of harassing me? This "mask shaming" is out of control.
