I was on hold for a total of 40 minutes. The lady working was ZERO help. She put the phone down on the counter and let me sit for another 10 minutes. I hung up to call back, CVS was closed. Horrible customer service.

This place is horrible about answering the phone! I've been on hold for over 30 minutes and still no person has picked it up! I give 0 stars! They need some kind of supervision about phone calls. Sometimes you can't wait on the phone for an hour with no one ever picking up!!!! Ridiculous!

The first problem that CVS has is the fact that their prices are astronomical. The next problem that CVS has is their hours. I don't have a normal standard 9 to 5 job, this is one of the reasons I've always used to CVS to fill my prescriptions but now that you're closing so early I will be moving all of my prescriptions to a different store.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. They never answer their phone they're always understaffed the line is always slow and often when you get to the front you find your prescription is not absolutely the worst.

100% the worst PHARMACY that you could try to do business with. The employees behind the pharmacy counter itself do not care about their customers needs. They can have a prescription that has been sent into them for days and it still not be filled. Then when you show up and it’s not filled, it’s like you’re inconveniencing them. This review is not based on a one time experience. This is a culmination of many times visiting this location. It would not bother me a bit if it was no longer operating in Georgetown. Save yourself the hassle and go to Walgreens. It’s sad for the other employees because I’ve always had good experiences with the employees that work the front counter and the sales floor.

I have been on a low dose pain management prescription of hydrocodone for extreme arthritis and Fibromyalgia. My meds were due to be picked up Feb 17th as my prescription was put in on Feb. 7th. I called my CVS and they said the orders were two weeks behind. Idon't want to go to the hospital for this pain. I'm at my wits end and to have to wait two weeks for my prescription after it has been in the store for two weeks already is beyond me. I need it to move without extreme pain. I hate being in bed all day. Please someone answer my call.

I put a Perscription 3pm in for pain they told me to come back 7pm I didn’t have a ride back I came the next day they did not have my Perscription ready no date a day and a half they could have call the Dr. or me no excuse poor service and the manager have a attitude
