Had large bathroom mirrors replaced and several windows/doors. Mirrors start turning black on too and sides soon after. The master bathroom is a larger open space with a vent fan. Months later and numerous messages left before someone came out. He (the owner btw) verified we were using proper cleaner then blamed on walls not being level. He stated he would come out to caulk and add thin framing to cover. Again months have past and messages left with no one coming out. After research it seems mirrors were not sealed properly and not hung properly. Always like to support local business but so disappointed here and can’t even find proper caulk for us to try and seal ourselves.

Chris came to my home to measure a piece of glass for my front door side light that needs replacing. It’s been 2 weeks and no response. It’s their way of blowing off a job that they don’t want. Not professional in the least bit! Shouldn’t take over 2 weeks to get a quote for a very small piece of glass..stay away entirely and avoid delays from these guys by going to a more efficient, willing to do business company, these guys service whom they want if you know what I mean…no other explanation for this extreme delay and no follow up. Weirdos.

Had 3 old frosted glass windows replaced with clear safety glass on covered front porch. The increased natural light is a beautiful addition. Installer was super kind and professional. Will use again and highly recommend!Service: Glass installation

Website wrong they not open 24/7 might wanna change that. But the prices are reasonable.

Company cashed my check before service was started after saying it wouldn't be taken till the service was done. I needed to cancel the service and when I told them they said they wouldn't refund me and are keeping my the glass too. They then blocked my number and are refusing to answer
