Friendly, caring and helpful! Complete difference from the other place down the street, where they won't even hang up their personal cell phone to assist you. They even laugh at all of my Dad's silly jokes that he has probably told them 1000 times!

Was told the part I ordered would be in the next day by 8:00 AM. Part did not show up and I searched the part just to find it at another Autozone. A little more effort and the counter person would have found it too.

Well Over a hour and a half to process 2 core returns pick up a starter and recycle 2 batteries.And no they were not busy.There was a gentleman new to the counter helping me, he was trying his best and he was doing good, but there was stuff he did not know how to do. Occasionally he would ask a question to his learning leader Tamera. Every time he was responded to with a attitude and she did not seem to help or clarify anything. She kept saying "he has to learn, he has to learn" over and over and over... he kept apologizing for the wait because this was stuff he was not trained on. After well over a hour and a half she finally walks over and rather then helping and showing what needed to be done. She took over made him do something else. The whole process for everything took 10 maybe 15 minutes after she took over. This was not a trainee problem. This was 100% a leadership problem. The way he was being treated I don't blame him for not asking for help. Terrible experience.
