I would recommend this facility to anyone searching for a clean, well maintained storage unit. I also appreciate the safety of locked gates & outside lights when having to go there after dark. On one occasion I’d forgotten my entry keycard after hours & the owner was very courteous on the phone & offered to drive there to meet me just to open the gate. That meant a lot to me!

Rented a unit there and greatly appreciated that they spray around the building often, have locked gates, key cards for customers to get in, video surveillance and keep the grounds trash free and grass cut.

Charged me $50 for a cancellation fee and they cancelled my reservation!! The Uhaul on Platt Springs charged me $75 to rent it and brought it back in the next day and charged me $60!! Never ever will they take my money from me and my kids ever again!!

Usually really good with everything with the exception of this last time I stopped in to rent a U-Haul from here ended up waiting like an hour for someone to show up and give me the keys that were suppose to be in the lock box for mobile pickup but all and all I can't complain too much things happen I guess

MY STORAGE WAS BROKEN INTO THEIR SHORTLY AFTER I RENTED IT. I WAS TOLD IT WAS NOT ON CAMERA. THE OWNER IS VERY FRIENDLY.
