Seriously?!?! Closed early for cleaning?? Who does that? Turn down paying customers during normal business hours so you can clean?!?! Unheard of.. I had to drive 30min out of my way to go to another location.

My name is Tammy Perry, I was just treated very rudely and disrespectful at this store (store # 06247 5216 HWY 321 Gaston S.C.) by the manager on duty. After I purchased my items I noticed price discrepancies, the tag prices were not what the register rang up and when I brought it to her attention ( the manager on duty) she began tell me I was wrong that she had just changed the tags, I said I can take you over there and show you the tags. She kept arguing and said oh well that is the price (what the register rang up) I was over charged for my dog food and laundry detergent. I will not shop at this store ever again. I do not shop where I am argued with and treated so rude, I am a Customer Service Manager for a grocery store and I would NEVER treat a customer the way this manager treated me.

This store is a disaster. At the time they want, they are supposed to open at 9:00 am. The other day, I arrived at 9:06 and they said they couldn't open because they were mopping the floor and it was wet. Can you believe it? They are irresponsible. They should saw it. the store if they don't want to sell and it's not the first time they've closed twice the other day it was 11:00 and it was closed what's wrong with these people FAMILY DOLLAR IS better and I recommend it they are responsible in their schedules

My daughter came to this store to purchase a phone charger but picked up the wrong one yesterday so, today We came in the store to return it, I spoke to the manager Denise about what happened and she stated that we couldn't return it or get the money back on electronics devices that are not broken I asked to see the policy she said that she didn't know where it was in this store I feel like if there is no return on certain items and you have your recipe then that should be posted on the door and around the store so that it's up the customer discretion to purchase the item or not
