I love AutoZone, and almost always prefer it over the competition. However, this store has continuously (since I began going in 2018) been rude AND incompetent. I type this as I sit without a radiator in my truck an hour from civilization… WITH THE WRONG RADIATOR FOR MY TRUCK! I even told him I needed the 34” and he insisted the 28” was what I needed. Honestly, the time it will take for them to refund the money (if I ever find a ride back there) and for me to get the correct part from some other place is wildly unacceptable. What a joke.

I worked at this store for about a year when I'd finally had enough of Robert. The guy doesn't care about his customers at all. He only cares about himself and his little Vegas trip for the store managers. The guy does very little to actually improve the store he just pushes his things off on other people. I literally watched this guy make an older lady cry. Like ugly face crying. She had almost enough money to cover the part, and the guy wouldn't even give her the courtesy 10% discount. I'm not gonna lie as soon as he left. I gave her my employees' discount, which is 20%, just to make sure the lady was able to get the part and save a few dollars. The guy also doesn't care about his employees either. I'm just saying this store has a high turnover rate for a reason. Nobody wants to work for a guy like that. Honestly, I think he's just riding the clock and waiting to retire.

I won't be going back after today. Philip B. Was a total POS. We were ignored when we first walked in. He was having a conversation with another employee (We were the only ones in the store). He eventually came to the parts counter. He then tried to sell us a battery that was $100 dollars more than the least expensive option. He hen refused to install the battery because of minor corrosion on one connection. If your afraid to work on cars you should find another job. If my wife had gone there by herself she would have been severely taken advantage of!!!!
