I'm here early so I get everything I need. The only complaint I have is the men's toilet not working properly. I have message and spoke with management several times with zero change. I will be canceling my membership soon due to this lack of responsibly to its gym members. I should be provided with adequate restroom facilities with my membership!

The music this morning, if you call it music had the N word and F word many times. The morning shift manager changed it when he came in. I asked him who selected this trash?If I hear it or anything like it I will cancel membership and carry at least 10 more once it explain the trash to them.

I have (like many others, obviously) been trying to cancel my membership for months. All I get is the run-around! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! DO NOT JOIN UNLESS YOU NEVER PLAN TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP! The "assistant manager" said he was told not to give out the manager's phone# or the owner's name or phone#. I see a class action lawsuit in the making...

The managers at the Gaffney location are constantly yelling and cussing out the staff and even sometimes the members of the gym! Very uncomfortable environment to be in. I just went in to cancel my membership and there was nobody at the front desk. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

It would be really nice to have someone working in the gym everyday.(Someone to cover each shifts) I drive 25 mins to this gym to tan and use the hydro massage bed, while my husband works out. Since noone is ever there. I hardly ever get to tan. Please fix this problem soon. Thanks

Very rude and disrespectful, not very good Equipment. The people who work at the gaffney location that I know of Hide from customers and then talk with little Respect at all.When it first opened it was soo much better than it is now Before people started getting fired and quitting good people I may add.

The bathroom door has been broken for months and caused me to break my nail so badly it bled. The only good thing about this Gym is the trainer I had been working with. It is dirty, the employees are rarely easy to find and once you do they’re rude. I hate to leave a bad review but the way I was treated tonight was the last straw. It is a very small crowded gym.
