I had a bad experience at S Spectrum and left them to switch to Verizon. I was more than happy with the customer service. I was treated great and I want to thank Adam and his team for helping me make a smooth transition. The whole team went above and beyond to give me great customer service.

The black man with the dreads who works here is truly a great guy he handled my business and another family at the same time he was the only person working there when i went and he was wonderful!!

Pay 5 times typical cost of phone and get lied to by the employees. Bought new phone to replace old 1 I bought from them and there was no mention that I wouldn't have the ability to charge the phone w/o purchasing a block/bubble or the extremely irritating foreign interface! Would rate 000 stars if possible!!!! HORRIBLE!!

Verizon in Gaffney is absolutely terrible! The manager girl there is so rude and does not care about her customers at all! They lie and clearly do not have enough knowledge! I will switch phone services before I use Verizon in Gaffney again! They aren’t a corporate store. They are only a franchise. So if you want to be taken care of, I do NOT recommend Verizon in Gaffney! If you want to be taken advantage of and lied to then Verizon in Gaffney is your place!!
