I had a bad experience at S Spectrum and left them to switch to Verizon. I was more than happy with the customer service. I was treated great and I want to thank Adam and his team for helping me make a smooth transition. The whole team went above and beyond to give me great customer service.

The workers were friendly. Helped me with all my questions about the selection of phone and plans the company was offering. then explained what I couldn't understand in simple terms.
