Not very welcoming - watching you all the time. Confusing layout - you'd think the store is self-serve but they yell at you if you touch product. If they are so concerned about theft (a valid concern in retail), then they should put everying behind counters.

Why are you not open at 1:30 on a Tues? No note on the door. I was excited to shop here during my travels. I work for ELC and don’t have a Cosmetics Company store nearby. What a joke and waste of time. The outlet mall it’s in is a dump too!

I'm here 1:30 on a Tues and they are closed. No note on the door. All the lights are off and door is locked. Waste of time.

This is not the first time I have come here to buy things. The woman inside should be the manager's woman, who is quite rude and has a very bad attitude. Since you see your things are placed in a very high place.if the customer try to get it or when you see that the customer has already got it, do you think it is necessary for you to tell the customer not to touch things that are too high, so as not to mess up your decoration? Sorry, this is your job. Do you think that as a professional beauty salesman, you just stand by and face your customers with a condescending attitude? Do you think it is enough? People like you are the main reason for the closure of many physical stores, because since I am a consumer, you should give me the right service instead of acting like an arrogant enterprise, I have heard it more than once This woman's attitude is very problematic, the operator of this store may really have to face it seriously! Will never ever go back

So if you check google , this place is closed at 10 pm, if you check the door it is closed at 7 pm. But if you arrive there at around 6:30pm on a friday eveining, it is still closed so literally always?

I am in love with this store. I buy clinique products and I got them here for ridiculously low prices. Today I spent 125. And got an anti-aging power serum that usually cost 80 for free. I bought Clinique cosmetics at Revlon prices.

This is a great store. I'm always able to find amazing bargains. Be sure and check out the back wall for up to 80% off retail. The best part of this store? The folks who work here! They offer incredible customer service. They are always very friendly and helpful. It is such a fun atmosphere! It is one of my favorites!
