Not the greatest. This hairdresser was not originally from the store. She said two women quit. I did feel bad for her as she was the only one operating the store.
That is not why I am only giving one star! I am giving one star because I showed her a picture of the hairstyle that I have been getting for years so she knew and so it wouldn't get messed up. Well, it got so messed up and she took clippers to most of my hair, not scissors! She did what she wanted to do, not what I wanted her to do to my hair. I have never had someone take clippers to most of my hair! I do not recommend this place at all. I am so unhappy with my haircut. It's so short too that I can barely do anything with it. It's embarrassing. My son was with me to get a haircut and once he saw my outcome he didn't get his done, which I don't blame him for at all!

Been getting my hair cut there ever since they opened always asked to trim the hair on my ears girl today at 2 oclock would not do it said she does not have the trimmer for it... really any trimmer will work same one she used for my neck line and around my ears what's the point of getting a hair cut if I still have hair come out your ears

This is the home of the 18.00 dollar haircut! The barber at Elmores Barbershop is still on holiday so I didn't get my usual 10.00 dollar one. Actually they did a pretty good job on me! I was a Walk in and didn't have an appointment. They used to be mandatory but it appears that they don't have the volume of customers that they once had! The lady that cut my hair was very nice and listened to me about the way I needed my hair cut. I teasingly asked if I was eligible for a bald spot discount as she didn't have to spend very much time there! I always like to add a little humor when I can! All things considered; I can recommend this place to the local public! P.S. I did leave what I thought was a very generous tip!

The Gaffney location has all new staff and they don't know how to do African American women's hair. When I realized the old stylists were not there I asked if they had experience with African Americans hair and was told yes.Before this turn over I never was disappointed with my hair. This time I left with my hair looking worse than when I came. I will not be back.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I went in for a simple trim, only wanting an inch, two at the very most trimmed off. I literally showed the woman the limit of what I was willing to have trimmed off. My hair WAS down to my bottom now I have to lean my head back just to be able to reach the ends! WORST "salon" in Gaffney!!!Service: Haircut
