This pottery barn has great service , especially “Chris” one of the managers he is not only professional but kind and very understanding he helped me with an issue I had with my extension piece for my table and fixed it as soon as he could! Not only does this store carry beautiful sturdy pieces , but service was excellent definitely recommend this location!

Looked them up online to see if they had king sheets in stock. The website said they had over 100 in stock for pick up. After I drove 20 minutes to get there I walked around for 15 minutes trying to find sheets or someone that could help me. Finally asked (what appeared to be the only employee in the store) where I could find king sized sheets. He directed me to a section that only had a few cal. king sets but no regular king. I asked him why the website said they had them in stock and he simply shrugged and said the website was wrong. Will never shop there again, on line or in person.

First time visiting an outlet store and it was such wasting time. Most of the furniture was marked original price with 40% sign but most of wooden furniture were dumpster quality. Couldn’t believe they were still holding onto terribly chipped and damaged pieces to sell on still good prices. Just buy regular store items when they go on sale and get protected instead of getting junk with all sales final notes

Execeptional customer service!They have good stuff - we were looking for dinig chairs - but they were not available at this locationEnded up buying a few things- bathrobe, sheets, decor items etc.Price wise also they had good deals as compared to the prices that you find in regular ppttery barn storesVery friendly people, super eager to help .Follow them on insta for all the latest and new stuff.Def recommend.

Drove over an hour to go there and the store closed 3 hours early for the day. Posted nowhere online, I even called a couple days prior to ask about their hours. There was a paper sign taped to the door. Do better Pottery Barn! I just wasted a bunch of time and gas.

Sandy the cashier interrupts you in line as she is trying to get people on instagram to save money 6 people in line waited 20 minutes to be told if you cant wait go up front, then boldly gives you her name if you don't like it, really get your coupons before you come and stop holding up the line, we walked out, great attitude for a place your trying to spend money at, will never go back to any of your stores, with staff like that I'll go elsewhere
