Remember I talk about my own experience, and today it was great, starting with this is one of the cleanest Pilot in a while.? ✨️
It is tiny however well manteined, iluminated and distributed.
Restrooms are clean and well stocked. There is a Lounge for drivers, I saw a couple of them inside watching movies and chatting.
The staff is ? ? amazing, there was a beatiful blondy girl folding towels, she is so nice and kind.
Outside you have plenty of spaces, trees and enought pumps. ⛽️
This store has an Arby's and many food options around.
There is a QT with truck services too, the gas is cheaper there in case you don't have any discount in Pilot.
I think they have an issue with the Laundry place ?
Definitely a place yo come back and the next time I'll enjoy the showers ?

Gave them a3 star!!! Why would you have 2 washers and driers and have one of each out of service and they work!!! We drivers have to wash clothes. Not cool at all. We go thru so much out here!!! Increíble. They should have at least 6 of each them knowing our needs!!!

Yet another pilot that doesn’t honor reserved parking. Don’t even know why I bother at this point. Arrived at 23:30 and was told they don’t kick drivers out of reserved PARK ANYWHERE YOU LIKE BOYS

Nice clean place
Stopped here for a 34 reset
The only complaint I have is that there was some woman sleeping on the driver's lounge floor, and no one did anything about it

It was nice to find parking around 830 at night. But they have way too many tape. Parking reserved and the cattle trucks really really smell

The staff is polite. The area is clean. The parking lot is 90 percent full at 5 p.m. The shower is very clean, dry and odorless.

Today, 10 Nov 2023, I visited this store to redeem their Veterans Day free food voucher. The staff at the register were very helpful in assisting me with getting the voucher to work on my phone as well as my selection of food items. Again, I want to thank this Pilot as well as other stores that served the Veterans during Veterans Day 2023. Thank you all military personnel, past, present, and future for your service.
