Unloaded before the appointment. The record was at 7 am, unloaded at 7 pm. Unloaded very quickly, great location, plenty of parking space.

If you are looking for 813 Hamrick St the Location is confusing and hard to find (it's DHL NOT NESTLÉ)...signs say Nestlé across the street, but you actually need to cross over railroad tracks and go straight down a hill to Left side of Electric Co Op Building. The building does not even have signage anywhere informing you that its Nestle or even DHL. Come On Management! Super slow Unloading and no restrooms for Truckers Only Porter Potty's at DHL Building. Also there are 2 shifts, they claim day shift is for Loading and night shift for Unloading. If you are late, they may make you wait for your respective shift to be loaded or unloaded. They need more and better Signage. I wasted 20 mins being lost and security guards answering the phone for Nestlé tried to help but didn't know much. I would've saved time and gas if Security would've informed me that I was looking for DHL Building instead of Nestlé. Its also the whack brokers fault. It's a 2 way street, we need these facilities in order to haul freight and they need us to haul for them. Management think about truck drivers for once and get some Signage near the main road and railroad crossing. Is it purposely confusing and the DHL Building sign less?

did you all know nestle uses bioengineered ingredients in their toll house morsels and they have the audacity to proclaim: nestle, good food good life-really nestle? methinks you do not speak the truth-bioengineered is never any good or healthy. you lost a customer. will never buy any of your products ever again. shame on you, part of families for years and you feed us this crap.

HOW TO TURN AN EARLY ARRIVAL INTO A WORK-IN..........Left hand don't know what the right hand is doing.Showed up 1630 for a 1700 appointment.Made me wait an hour for a dock.Now 2030 and just started loading.2100 still not loaded.Getting detention so no big deal.Go ahead and play games guys, hope you don't have profit sharing, cuz I'm getting paid anyways.Extremely slow and rude.

Ok place right turn before tracks. A little tight turning into place at guard shack. No service inside building. Walk upstairs to check in. At dock 7. Only thing that was suspect about this place was guy comes to door after they are already unloading my truck. An says they didnt tell you about the limper fee did they. No they didnt an hes like yeah its $100. Ordinarily places tell you about a lumper off top. I didnt see any room for a lumper company. Plus they gove me this phony looking receipt back some hand written on a receipt book you buy from the truck stop. So other than feeling scammed or hustled. This place was ok.

I had a 2am appointment they gave me a door and unloaded me at a good time the lady was nice at the window..if you come to this location turn on CO OOP st on the left just before the railroad tracks then follow all the way to the back stop at the end of building at a shotgun guard shack check in there that location if coming from the Flying J truck stop

First time here an we loved it. Broker told us our load is ready, we showed up 5hrs before appointment, gaurd was very friendly, went to check in office the staff there was very friendly and kind. They gave us a door, we was in and out in less than 30min. From the moment we checked in at gaurd to the moment we checked out at gaurd. If they not busy they take you in if your load is ready. We gained 4.5 hrs on the road and with the bad weather now, that was a lot of time. Great place!!!
